They hate Trump so much they suddenly wildly applaud the FBI's attempts to destroy this President, while protecting Hillary and Obama. It all depends on whose side they're on at any given time.

It's not about suddenly loving the FBI. It's about taking the side of law enforcement when it's rightfully doing it's damn job.

Look, I don't want to waste too much time on a person who compares Trump's situation to MLK's or who has bought into the talking points of whack jobs in the internet sprouting conspiracy nonsense about the deep state, Obama and Clinton. But I'll give it a go. We can all conclude that America as a country has done some horrible things while acknowledging that it also done some honorable things. We can admit that not all cops are corrupt and that many of them actually help people. We should be capable of grasping that even if you see a group of young black kids acting like thugs in public doesn't mean that most black kids would act the same. In other words no group, people, institution, government, etc is all good or all bad, all corrupt or all pure. I may think the Lakers are a terribly ran operation today, five years from now I may feel different if I see them make all the right moves. So to suggest that because the FBI under fucking Hoover of all people was antagonistic to certain causes and people means that over fifty years later it can't be trusted to do something that people on the left view as favorable is simply plain ignorant. And make no mistake...no one on the left is expecting the FBI to be sympathetic towards socialism or anything. But we do expect it to be vigilant in its duties to protect this nation against possible threats, that includes a President who acts as if he is above the law. That's what it is there for. Besides time and circumstances have historically made strange bedfellows. This ain't new. You never heard of the enemy of my enemy is my friend? The governments of Western nations and communist countries have mostly hated each other's guts but they put those distrusts aside temporarily to fight the Nazis.

It is as if you just discovered what the FBI did during the civil rights era and decided to do lecture the left. Read up on J Edgar Hoover. He had dirt on pretty much everyone and used his clout to run the FBI like a rogue operation for decades. He scared everyone. But he died in 1972 and the FBI, while still flawed, has become a different operation since then. It's easy for me to side with pompous tools like Comey over deranged, narcissistic, entitled wannabe-dictators like Trump any day. It's not even a contest.

 

A talented actor who just could not control his worse impulses. I was surprised he was still getting roles the past few years after he threw down a woman which led to him being banned from an actual hotel chain. Dude is a timebomb who needs therapy.

In fact, the Left's suspicions of the FBI continued up until Obama's reign, which then morphed into a startling reverence for them during Trump's Presidency. Suddenly, the Left became blind to their current implicit biases and abuses of power.
It's funny to actually hear you now defend them as being "your friends" and a trust-worthy, judicious Department -- despite the unraveling of their real abhorrent behaviors in 2016, let alone 1960.

I'm also guessing you did not read then senior FBI agents Lisa Paige and Peter Strock's thousands of texts and subsequent House Judiciary Committee public and private testimonies.
The same furious agents Mueller also HIRED as senior investigators to 'search' for (fake) collusion with Russia to rig the election for Donald Trump to win" and the same disgraced agents fired because of their exposed vengeful biases...

The same two agents whom Mueller wiped clean ALL text messages between them both while on his team just before the Office of the Inspector General could review them. Nah. Nothing suspect there.

Any economic structure would have accountants, it's just that accountants are in more demand when companies offer shares to the general population. Also accounting standards are developed based on the dynamics of an economy and they are employed based on the nature of certain industries and needs of a particular organization.

Therefore it would be idotic to be educated in accounting for a Capitalist society if you didn't agree with Capitalism, because you would be learning tons of things that would be useless in a different economic structure, especially a socialist one for example.

But you were taught that already. It's just your affinity for politics to argue against someone based on what you think they know instead of just being straight up about it. Not much different than Bliss.
