Madden Arcade is for lazy simple minded people like me who find the real Madden too complicated :) Basically Madden's version of NBA Jam. :)

Yeah, it's not for everybody. A lot of walking around n' shit. Not constant action.

Y'all need to get on Bayonetta. Last time I enjoyed a game made by Sega was on the Dreamcast so this shit is straight sickness.

look at how fleshed out and dynamic 2k sports 'superstar' mode is, and then look at Madden's version. You never have to worry about riding the bench for poor performance, getting grades after games, or anything like that. Fifa does a good job with it too, but i definitely love nba2k for that mode.

    :)

it's like you gotta prove yourself every game, by guarding ur man, blocking shots, getting steals, all that. If 2k sports still had the nfl license, you'd see an equally impressive my player mode with football

Ikr, my player mode is hella addictive... Fifa has great fuckin graphics, it makes you feel like you're on the pitch. Hopefully 2013 will bring about a NFL2k13 game. Ea is a bitchass company for the most part, I mean how do you expect to get better without a little competition. Ea is and should be scared of 2k, EA try to monopolize the sports game market and theyre failing hard as fuck right now.

Man I have to be honest, Bayonetta was just a button pusher, I don't know what it got the reviews that it did. The animation was ok but that game play was horrible.

i reminder how NFL2k5 had you develop training routines for your players. If you had a HB that needed a stronger hold on the ball, you could employ weight lifting and stuff like that. Or, if a WR was too slow, you could have him do wind sprints. Then you could decide whether or not the team would have 7on7 drills monday, full scrims, tuesday, day off weds, etc.

It was very fun and I looked forward to that, as much as I did the actual games. Then of course, EA put up big money and the NFL went along with it. Both parties are bastards to be honest. Like you said, you need competition to bring out BEAST titles.

I am addicted to NBA2k Player mode also. Once I play one game, I gotta go back and play the rest of the week.

That's what I liked. It was simple. Kinda took me back to the Streets of Rage days. Crazy attacks with simple button commands. Button mashers only piss me off when playing Tekken or Soul Calibur.

Poor parenting for the win! I've been gaming with my Son since birth so it's only natural that he followed suit at an early age.
