there was a group running video taping a woman wslking new york saying she is being garrassed . they were busted for their bs. they had only minorities in their videos and if i remember took out the whites. they were pushing for laws to forbid a man to talk to a woman on the street.
Lol I've given up on hip hop...and the Grammys I'm sticking to my 1990s era of rap music And yes...the video was obviously skewed and promoted already negative perceptions of minorities All they had to do were frequent poor white areas around bars
That pretty much killed their credibility especially when the creators said that they did that shit on purpose. Not to mention when you watch the video its mostly hey how are you, God bless you, and other benign comments. Seems like certain women don't want equality they down right want to control men in every way possible and are pissed they can't do it. No rational person would look at that video and think harassment.

Well it's the age old question who exactly are you talking about when you say women? For the most part it means white women and women of color don't exist, they're usually grouped in with the men of their "race". So when you speak of blacks and asians it's usually reserved for men and women of color rarely get mentioned unless for some reason we're speaking about foreign women.
Oh, yes I remember. It turned out that they were trying to use it as an excuse for promoting gentrification in the area. I think most ideologies that are developed by the privileged class and pandered to the heavily marginalized are nothing more than attempts at turning the struggle for equality into big business. It is normally really easy to see which ideologies fit that description when those ideologies pretend to help the marginalized, yet the privilege class get a majority of the benefits.
I think it may be difficult for some groups to realize that people of color suffer at the hands of both racism and sexism to very high degrees. For instance, the targeting of black men is normally watered down by certain groups as "just racism", when in fact it is because of the fact we are black and because we are black men those groups have always seen us as a threat. The same can be said for black women in other situations. That statistic says that unarmed black people are killed every 28 hours, but people like to leave out that I believe the list of names is 96% male.
at the end of the day....generally ww and bm have a few things in common that would/could make the relationship stronger
I think the bottom line is that it's a matter of what you are looking for. If you are looking for differences, you will find them. If you are looking for similarities, you will find them. It's like people who have a thing about wanting the world to give them "signs". You can find anything you want in the world to prove things one way or another. People generally have a need to build their case, to find agreement, to validate their opinions, and to prove they are right.
I've heard ww bring this up when explaining an attraction to bm but I've never heard bm mention it when explaining why they like ww.
This Unless they are gay then they are embraced by mainstream society and when I say mainstream society that includes black women. Black women love black men at home, but on the chessboard they are also guilty of gay preference.
