What did you eat today thread...

A pack of filter-less Galois and a bottle of Wild Turkey - no wait, that was Janis Joplin.

I had wild rice and grilled Salmon.

That reminds me, someone bought me a huge box of forerro rocher and I left it in QLD :(

Oh well, probably a good thing.. I certainly don't need all that chocolate :p

You had a huge box and you left it behind out of reach?? that box would be driving me nuts, I'd be worried about it sitting all alone.. unprotected.

Shame on you whickle:-(

Canned tuna fish, sausage, 2 Hamburgars with pepper jack cheese, 24oz of grilled chicken breast, and a protein shake.

This will be pretty much my diet for the next 6 months with 1 cheat day per week.

Hmmmm. Are you sure you're from Texas?

Lol...yes, Sir Nose, I was born & raised in Texas. Sweet tea & Dr. Pepper were household staples when I was growing up & I'm the only one in the family who didn't like either one. I like to taste the tea when I drink it...I never could stand tea that like syrup.

about to head out to the park for a picnic with friends. on the menu:

homemade quiche with fake bacon, tomato & goats cheese
homemade feta and spinach parcels
rocket salad
fruit plate
rice chips
anzac biscuits

Pan fried salmon, steamed asparagus and roast pumpkin, all with a lovely parsely relish. OMG I want more of it....MORE!!!!

Salmon is my favourite. I could eat it three meals a day, 7 days a week. ;)
