It must be nice to have fee waivers. My wife is in the final stages as she was recommended for approval of citizenship on Monday.

This has been a 12 year process, with a woman that has an MBA, 2 Masters, 3 Bachelors & a PMP Certification. She also speaks 11 languages & makes 6 figures a year. The whole process has cost me nearly $40,000 in application & legal fees. Yet if she had no qualifications, spoke barely enough English to that she would need a translator she would have been approved years ago.
America...you are turning your back on the brightest & best, for the poor & down trodden. I really wish Luis what go back the hole he crawled out of in Humboldt Park (here in Chicago).

Wow. Democrats planned this well. Trump sets it up, the media knocks it down. I assume we'll be hearing hourly about how many republicans support Trump and how many Latino/Hispanic figureheads and celebs are insulted by him and by extension, his supporters and the republican party. Meanwhile, Hillary is suddenly taking up the cause of border control in a much gentler and kinder way. I don't agree with you at all. My family came here legally from DR. I was born here. It took my Dominican half-sister 10 years of jumping through hoops to enter the country even though our father had lived here for 20. No one in my family is a murderer or a rapist or has killed people via drunk driving. Unfortunately, living on LI, I see many illegals in the news being apprehended for exactly those charges. People who break the law to get in this country don¿t respect the laws period. Just because we share a common language is not a reason to blindly support one another. Actually the Spanish spoken throughout the US and South America varies wildly. American Hispanics are not 1 monolithic culture. Some Hispanics are very religious and do not support leftist policies that some other American Hispanics do. Trump is standing for ALL American citizens. You can be an American of any ethnicity, but you have to be American first.

It is evidence that you have people who want to follow the law. This is the way that people who want to be citizens should act. This is becoming a lynching of Hispanics in this debate. This is why people can not have civil conversations about illegal immigration because you do have people who have racist undertones. Look how this went from illegal immigrants to attack on hispanics. and then people sit and complain that the media phrases it as racist. They don't have to do that. To have porous borders and sanctuary cities is pure madness and cannot be defended using logic.

The immigration debate, until now, has been the most dishonest debate in the country with most of the people in power in govt. and news networks pushing for it.

The debate has gone as follows-

Pros of illegal immigration-- Cheaper fruit and vegetables. Dreamers and potential college students crossing the border. Hard working. Take care of their families. Do jobs Americans won't. Hard working. Enriching the culture. Nice folks. Did I mention they are hard working?

Now for the cons--- Well there are none you anti immigrant racist!!! How dare you attack these hard working immigrants who pick your food.

(Audience boos and hisses at the Nazi asshole who dares suggest we enforce our immigration laws.)


Trump did the unthinkable. He actually presented the other side of the debate. He showed that illegal immigration isn't just dreamers, rainbows and cotton candy. There is actually a COST to having an unsecure border along with sanctuary cities. Especially when the country is FUCKING BROKE.


This is why reporters and pro illegal/open border supporters are going ape-shit over Trump bringing this up and also why Trump is resonating with so many Americans. Yes Trump can have a very abrupt and rude manner of speaking at times, but it wouldn't have mattered how he worded it. You are NOT allowed to bring up the "con" side of the argument when it comes to this topic. It doesn't matter how nicely you do it. It doesn't matter how specific you are in terms of illegals. It doesn't matter if you're half Mexican and half Peruvian. It doesn't matter if you have nothing but glowing things to say all day about Latinos. It doesn't matter if you adopt 37 South American homeless kids. If you say "hey, maybe we should secure our border and enforce our laws." You WILL be accused of hating immigrants and shouted down.

Any debate that doesn't weigh both sides isn't a real debate. It's simply pushing an agenda while trying to give the illusion of real discussion.


Finally the media is being properly called on it.

That was one hell of an analysis!!! I have to tell the truth here; I am enjoying watching the Donald's campaign this summer. He is building a voting block that has been thirsty for someone REAL and who wouldn't back down when the press turned on him. The pamphlet leads illegal immigrants through what they would need to do to apply for the executive amnesty programs.

Congressman Luis Gutiérrez (D., Ill) was probably expecting a warmer reception to his Spanish-only immigration town hall meeting at the University of Southern California on Saturday.

But the lawmaker’s tireless advocacy for President Obama’s unilateral amnesty for millions of illegal immigrants angered some southern California residents so deeply, they decided to crash the congressman’s speech.

The town hall was sponsored by California Democratic representative Karen Bass, who was not present at the event.

Incensed that the talk was being held in Spanish (English speakers were offered headphones), anti-amnesty activists in the crowd chanted . “U-S-A, U-S-A!”
Gutiérrez sat quietly nearby, his arms crossed as he looked out into the crowd.

Pro-amnesty activists present tried to drown out their chants with their own. “Si se puede!” they shouted.

I'm surprised he wasn't on the radio. In the haitian-american community, we constantly have Haitian advocates letting people with green cards know their rights. This may be new to you as you probably have the luxury of having past generations migrant here long ago but it is not new to me. Most of those people came over for opportunities and not to vote democrat. I've never met someone who moved to another country to vote for someone else. That is unrealistic. I should know I have family of immigrants.
Daca is a legal program. DAPA has an injunction. That's the only thing that I can see wrong. He needs to get that off of his site and correct it.

When ever I search your citations, I find that it comes from far far right leaning sources such as breit bart a man who framed a black person as racist which caused her to lose her job.
