The "Thank you" thread

I started 4 weeks ago to take vitamins
most important E and many times like every second day i open one and put on the cut to heal better :)
using bio oil also as i need for few month to massage the area..


other i take Calcium.. fish oil...

now i am good on this time for exercise to get used too

Lets start taking them at the same time so we can see the results or not.

That's very good. I take about 5 things myself.

I was reading the reviews at the link you gave to see what they said there compared to where I bought. The HA has great reviews in both places. One person mention Neocell Collagen C. I take that too.

I'm a candidate for Osteo, so I take Bone stuff and Vitamin K. I was taking Calcium too, but that's too much for me right now. Then I also take Vitamin B, Co-Q10 and Omega 3.

Now I'm adding HA.

Hows the Neocell working?
 
I like to thank everyone that talk with me a lot this 2 days here on the board..
really help to feel better i was a little down..

Good. I also notice a difference in my skin an hair when I take it.

Like you I take CoQ10 and Omega 3. I try to follow Dr Perricones advice. His general thinking is taking antioxidents and omega 3's and eating a diet that is anti inflammatory and heart healthy. When your heart is healthier then your body and skin reflect it. I have his last book. Here is his blog:

You are most welcome IB. You know me I'm the herbal medicine PDR... I take a lot of stuff, but I only keep taking the stuff that works, and that HLA works.

I actually bought it for my skin Jordan, but within 3 days my knee stopped hurting, so the collagen obviously benefits your whole body. That's the first day in almost 20 years that my knee didn't hurt, and it hasn't hurt since. I'm totally sold on the HLA. I did notice my skin seemed softer, or a different texture after a couple weeks as well, so no downside.

Yeah it was a fun week. Much needed stress relieving. Didn't get much done that I was supposed to. Too much hanging out goofing off here. ;)
