The trailers were pure ass. I'm not even going to give it a try.

samurai Jack was intense. If I didn't know there was more episodes, I would have thought he would have died.

    Spoiler

Jack killed someone. I knew it was coming but I was shocked. I don't know how they can stretch this with so few episodes but I am loving it.

    *SIGH*

So they were afraid to fully embrace the mystical martial arts elements of the Iron Fist mythos? No full on K'un L'un or any of the other Seven Cities of Heaven? No Madame Gao is actually the Crane Mother or some other exiled immortal from one of the Seven Cities? SMDH.

I've only watched two episodes so far, but what your saying does not surprise me. The showrunner didn't seem at al interested in making a full on adaptation of the source material. It seems like a TV version of how Fox handles Wolverine (or Logan. Which I still haven't seen).

I forgot when & where exactly but it was before Doctor Strange came out, there was an interview piece out that said one of the reasons they waited to do Iron Fist last was due to the fact that once the Doctor Strange movie came out it would set up the way so they would be able to fully play up on the mystic elements in an Iron Fist series since magic & mysticism would have been formally introduced due to Doctor Strange, the official big dog of Marvel's mystical characters. Guess someone lied.

The new Zelda is awesome, and I'm officially hooked. My son finished the game already, so now it's my turn to play. The Switch is much better than the Wii, which mostly sucked, and I never bothered with the Wii U. Wii U is the only Nintendo system I don't have or want. I haven't played with the controllers the Switch comes with (or played it as a handheld yet), but my son invested in the Pro Controller, which I highly recommend. The best part about the game for me so far, is the freedom to explore whatever/wherever you want rather than going in some designated order, and I like that there is so much you have to figure out on your own with a multitude of ways to accomplish things. It makes for such an individual experience that no two people are playing the same game. I'm having a blast so far.

I keep hearing how good of a game it is, I, unfortunately, waited way too long to try to get a Switch, and I can't seem to find one now. hopefully, the stores will get some more in my area soon.

I hope so for you too. My son tried to get in on the preorders but missed out, so he looked into the possibility of places getting any extras on the release date. The local Game Stop only had a couple of extras available for their midnight release, but he didn't get there in time. He took a shot at Wal Mart and was lucky enough to be the first in line. He wanted the red and blue special addition, but he let the only special one they had go to the little girl behind him since she was so excited about it. He says he regrets being so nice. lol

Legendary artist Bernie Wrightson passed away on March 18 at the age of 68 after a lengthy battle with brain cancer according to a post from his wife, Liz, on Facebook. Wrightson had announced his retirement from creating new art in January owing to complications from recent surgeries.

Wrightson was best known as one of the greatest horror artist in comics history, and as the co-creator of Swamp Thing. Wrightson created many stunning Frankenstein drawings in the 1970s and 1980s which were used in Marvel Comics' first illustrated novel, Frankenstein, in 1983. A 25th anniversary edition of the illustrated novel was published by Dark Horse in 2008.

Wrightson also contributed art to several movies including Heavy Metal and Creepshow.

You didn't notice the fat faces or the fact that the father's character doesn't look like him. I think he is suppose to be native american....

Thanks, Samson. Even though I thought I'd be a better mom than I was/am (sometimes he's just too damn much like me, lol), I think he turned out pretty well. I'm definitely proud of my baby.

LOL. If you're a Zelda fan, you definitely won't regret it.

I still play my GameCube once in a while.

The fat faces are kind of annoying. The only face that looks right is the default male character. It's pretty clear the game developers want the players to choose the poster "white guy" as their avatar.

also, the dad's race and features do subtly change according to what you do with the custom character option (although his hair doesn't change"

That Flash/Supergirl musical crossover episode was way better than I thought it would be. And that last song at the end was nice. I enjoyed it.
