    Great shoes ladies!
I've only recently started wearing heels - especially wedges. I have no idea if they are in style but they are so much fun! Here's the last pair that I picked up. I am almost 6'3" in these ones :)

I love your shoes! Wedges are always in style IMO. I agree with Tarshi, you should post your pic on the WW feet thread; the guys will love it. :D

Great shoes Athena.....and no, not out of style, and who cares if they are....if you like them, wear them...that's my opinion...I wear what I like and is comfortable whenever I want...

I have some really comfy heels, I wore them out Friday night and I've worn them twice before that and they haven't rubbed or become painful at all. They are like wearing a pair of boots, fabulous.:D

A favourite pair of flat shoes.

The black heels look good on you Francie. Are they suede? I got a new pair of black suede pumps and I love them!

I like the red too, but I can't see the heels. Oh but maybe they're flats, I forget people buy flats LOL!

Yep the black ones are suede and a real bargain too at £40 although I could probably find the same style for half the price but they would be made badly, hence bad for my feet, I hate poorly fitting shoes.

The red ones are flats, i liked them when me and the ex were out shopping and when I popped into Argos he went back and got them for me.
Even though they're flats the straps make them a bit more interesting:D

    Post ur new ones:D

I knew I took pics for someone, but I had to hunt for them. I'd been eyeing these for months, but I was trying to put a freeze on shoe buying for a few months... divorce attorneys get expensive after a couple years... but they went on sale from 110.00 USD to 35.00 USD, so I just couldn't resist that kinda bargain. :D

Thanks! Suede shoes have their downside though, I wanted to wear them when I went out with someone recently but it was raining like hell, so I had to pass. I had several backup pairs to choose from, but I really wanted to wear these. :(

Never fails does it? You have great taste in shoes & I did a lot of drooling over your pics looking through this thread. I have a serious addiction to heels. I've been depressed lately after breaking it off with my man so I've been doing a lot of shoe shopping lately. It's the best kind of therapy there is. ;)

Unfortunately though it leads to other hidden costs like the need to remodel your closet to make more space for shoes.

I understand that. My son helped me build a shoe rack to hang on the wall (the closet space in my house is horrible) & it broke a few days ago. I came home to find my bedroom covered in shoes. What's important though is that my babies were all okay. :D

Wow I really like them and a real bargain :D
I looked at a pair similar but they were suede with bronzed studs all over, my usual size 7 was slipping off when I tried them on and the size 6 was too small, I wished shoe makers did more half sizes.

These are the shoes I want to buy next, they are £49.50 but I think they are worth the money, will have to wait till the end of the month though.

Ankle straps are nice, I find pumps always slip off my heel and I have to add heel pads to keep them on at all, so I prefer straps.

Thanks Tam, the flats are a great red aren't they, it's hard to find a pair of really red shoes unless they are patent red and red patent is not my thing.:D

I have the same problem, I never thought of adding heel pads before though.
I'm always veering towards ankle strap shoes these days, I feel so much more confident if something is ankering my foot in the shoe.
I've gotten my heels caught in a paving stone quite a few times and been shoeless due to wearing pumps.
Oh the trials of beautiful shoes.

Foot petals makes some good heel pads and they work well. I do agree that I always feel a little off wearing pumps if they slip, just less sure footed all the way around. Not to mention I have a tendency to be clumsy, so I really don't need shoes that contribute to that. I do love beautiful shoes, but sometimes you have to pass if they up the chances of you breaking your neck or seriously busting your arse.
