Where I come from we refer to an engagement ring as a "franchise-tag", and the actual wedding ring as a "long-term contract".
He's gonna get clowned all the way back to the stone-age for the rest of his life after this episode, but I'm glad the brotha got the ring back in the end.

So true, not to mention that was the lamest wedding proposal I have ever seen.
Sending a proposal and ring in a letter, W.T.F. Seems like ole boy was trying to be too unique. Whatever happened to a romantic dinner and a proposal.
I thought the point was to be right there face to face, if she says yes, you kiss and make plans, if she says no you feel like sh!t, take the ring and go on with life after getting over it.

I was hoping she'd keep it and teach him lesson. Ain't no half-steppin'.
