This. The media could've smeared & destroyed Trump early on in the primaries if they really wanted to with how much foul, over the top ridiculous, disrespectful stuff he has said in the past before he ever ran for president.

The same thing with the other Republicans who ran this year. There's no way in hell I'd vote for Ted Cruz for example, but when it comes to maturity and stability (and possibly sanity) he's light years ahead of Trump.

There's a meme/joke going around about how Donald Trump makes people miss George W. Bush. Donald Trump makes me miss Sarah Palin.

Ok. I seriously doubt any of those world leaders are taking him seriously. No doubt they see what a moron they're dealing with. The press wasn't challenging him, and when they did he'd throw a hissy about how they treat him badly. I'm not a fan of politicians either, but I sure wish we had a POTUS who had some sense of decency. You're right in that they can't keep up with him, but it's stupidity that they're unable to match. We'll definitely be in total disagreement here as I see no redeeming qualities in this guy. He's an embarrassment, and downright scary.

I'm betting you're getting your information from MSM.
While the MSM were still discussing his innaguration sizes on CNN with 20 panelists, he was making deals left and right, repaired the damaged relationship with Israel, met with auto industry CEO's AND Union bosses in the same meeting, who btw said in their collective memory no President ever asked them (union heads) to come to the WH to speak to him...he withdrew the U.S from TTP, he approved the DAP and ordered American Steel and stipulated that the U.S recieve oil too..he signed orders to expel illegal immigrants who commit violent crimes, signed orders to revitalize the military and vowed the end of wasteful military spending from the private sector, and froze Govt hiring, implemented a 30 day suspension of refugees from terror cell nations ..with tougher vetting implemented..ok there's more but l'm tired..evidently Trump isn't though. And he barely sleeps. Sheesh.

The DOW hit 20,000. A record right? Isn't that consumer confidence right there?

Not really. They did try to though. They came close but Trump went 16 rounds with a knockout.

See, many people are done with the MSM. Their stronghold is over. There was a longtime saying that one should never argue with the press because they will always have the last word... Well that era is over.
I think you would get that. You like to seek out alternative media, right? I see your YT subscripts. I love that. I may not agree with all you post but l dann well respect that you do your own investigating and don't just accept the MSM.
Of course Trump said some rotten foul things..haven't we all. Should that define his abilities in everything else?

    It's better than oversold.

Or simply give your rationale as to why overbought is better than oversold.......can't wait...lol

    The (Conpany) stock owners.

I thought l alluded to that in my original post. It's reflective of future consumer spending confidence.
Just because stocks might be being overbought doesn't mean they will necessarily dip. It would depend on how stable our future becomes and remains, which we should all hope for, right? Don't want to see us fail, right?

A very limited, short term advantage and only if they are going to sell their stock while its overbought. Then they still have to wait until the market corrects itself before they invest into it again.
That's even if they are even smart enough to realize when it's overbought. Otherwise they are just holding the stock like everyone else looking at a superficial value only to gain absolutely nothing when the market corrects itself.

An overbought market just makes most people think the economy is doing better than it is. Just like your "consumer confidence" post implied.

An oversold market also has it's limited advantages that are just as good as an overbought one.

Trump takes credit for things he never really did.
The TTP was never ratified by Congress nor signed by Obama. It was only in the negotiation stages.
How did Trump repair our 'damaged' relationship with Israel??lol
It was never really damaged in a practical, military, or diplomatic sense anyway. Netanyahu, Israel's version of a higher functioning Trump, is playing nice with the DOnald because that Black man Netanyahu could not respect with his Muslim sounding name is finally out of office and now right wingers in Israel can continue with more settlements, which eventually will spark the next intifada.
When Donald said he would deport illegal immigrants with violent criminal records, that was red meat for his base but didn't mean anything, since the majority of illegals don't have violent criminal felony records.

And if an Islamic terrorist tries to come to the USA, more than likely they will be a European citizen, so the ban on refugees from the ME is just stupid.
The United States created the Syrian refugee crisis if you trace it back all the way to the Iraq war. We owe those people more than saying, 'my bad.'
I remember as a kid in the 1980s all the Iranian refugees we took in after the fall of the Shah when everyone thought Iranians were militants, islamists and hostage takers.
Not ONE of them ever committed any terrorist acts in this country.

The biggest joke of all however is Trump wants to increase military spending, yet you claim he also wants to end wasteful military spending.
Um, most of the wasteful military spending comes from the billions we spend on private contractors. There used to be a time when the armed forces were a self contained entity and didn't hire private corporations to do everything they used to do for themselves.
The problem with military spending is simply the raw amount we spend in total on private contractors, not some billions in unaccounted for waste.
Most of Trump's executive orders are empty promises anyway since many require the approval and funding from Congress.

A bull market is what investors want, not an overbought one. An overbought market is simply an overblown market that's begging to get corrected by real market forces.

With Trump in office for the next four years I volunteer to hold everyone's beer. And then drink that beer because I can't see myself sober during this "Presidency."
