Yay for you. I am having the same feelings for 2011. My house that has been for sale for 1 year got a contract as of 1/2/11, and a decent one where the people aren't asking me to give it away. Just going through all inspections and such. Fingers crossed on all that. :rolleyes:

Thanks, DB...I didn't have the energy to try to explain to him...lol. I think he tends to be a little slow on the uptake when the blood isn't circulating to his brain because it's circulating somewhere else. :smt112
