it's easy!!! I don't know if you have dry tomatoes overthere... they are in olive oil...



You take them out of the oil but don't dry them, cut them into little pieces with the scissors. Put them in a pan with a little onion to give them more taste. Add spices (i usually add mint, rosemary, pepper). I add some granulate that adds taste (u don't have the one we have there, your things taste different...) and add some water. Let everything cook so that tomatoes become softer and the water and all the juices make kind of a sauce. Let it a bit liquid because cous cous it's gonna "suck it up" all, LOL.

Cook cous cous aside (pre cooked one obviously ) and when it's ready put it on the pan and mix everything! Warm up a bit if u like it very hot or just eat it like that

i dont watch the phillies to be honest, but everyone at work goes nuts when it comes to the playoffs. all you hear are internet radios tuned to the games.
I cant lie tho, I used to stream Monday night football at my computer at work.

yeah baseball is crazy. It's like the next season starts when the previous one ends.

 

You ain't lyin'. The World Series is going to be played in November. The preseason starts in March. It's insane.

My Dad seems to think their seasons are so long now is because they don't play many double headers anymore? I don't know. All I do know is that the season is way too long.

 

either you play baseball or basketball, and have really long seasons...

or you play football and get into a few helmet-to-helmets and get brain damage, but play a shorter season

 

I wish football could be as long baseball. Could you imagine the increased level of injuries though, whew.

I get back from Chi-town last nite - delayed flight ... get a few hours sleep just to have 3 back to back tele-conferences this morning.. 5h on the phone!!
THEN, I walk out in my back yard.. and there is a dead possum in my pool!!!!!!

oh, did I mention my 1.5 year fridge is broken??
