Seriously, when you look at the nutritional information on fast food items, it's no wonder why Americans are so grossly overweight. When I googled it, I also saw a "triple baconator"...craziness!

Had a wonderfully successful day today. Our cupcake shop had a customer appreciation day today, complete with free food, facepainting, balloon animals, local firefighters, cupcake eating contests, and Darrel Young & Jordan Pugh, 2 Washington Redskin players!
