Random Conversation 2.0

I have to say, I love my parents:) They say they don't care which woman I date, as long as she makes me happy. I told my mom what BW said about BM ("if you don't date a BW, you hate your mother) & she just roll her eyes. My dad doesn't care either. If you know my dad he won't talk to anyone unless her knows the person, but when we picked up my white GF at the time (I wasn't driving yet) he started talking to her. I know we shouldn't get approval from strangers & maybe some family members, but it's nice that my parents got my back.

I feel like I owe this forum an apology. As you can probably tell at me asking a lot of dating questions, I lack self-confidence with the opposite sex. And some of you have been hearing that for years. I'm sorry you had to read all of that. I've been a Martial Artist for years, & those who are close to me know that even though I have fun with it, I take the teaching & philosophy very seriously. I take what I learned from the Dojang (Dojo) & use it outside the Dojang. I should've already been confident. I want to apologize to @Ol'Skool Classic for taking much out of this to defend me when I bought up the height. I've been trying to get things in order. I haven't been inside a Dojang since 03 since I had to move to another state & there are no Dojangs where I live. I've been trying to get back into one but I know I have to be patient. When I do get back I'm going to buy me new uniforms (the pic I was trying to post was too big), I even post a pic here when that happens. Once again I apologize (especially to @Tamstrong) for letting you guys & gals down. I won't ask a dating question every 3 seconds.
Thank you for taking the time to read this.

You didn't let any of us down and have nothing to apologise for.

It takes courage to be open, honest and vulnerable in the first place, and you've been brave enough to share you inner feelings you're trying to navigate through.

No two people are the same and a lot of people lack confidence, myself included. But where you lack, you also prosper, you have a lot of self discipline from being a martial artist and that's a commendable trait to carry.

Just keep being unapologetically you, don't compare yourself to anyone else in this life, we're all in our different peaks and phases, stages and failures.

Grow yourself mentally, physically, spiritually daily, a manifest the sht outta acquiring the white woman of your dreams.

We're rooting for ya X

I have a question for Men who grow beards. So a week or two ago, I talk about Martial Arts. I do the Traditional kind, but I also compete in the sport kind also. I decided that I'm going to compete again. In the big tournaments I'll be in the 17-32 age range. I'm in my late 40s, even though I'm in my late 40s, I still move like I'm in my 20s I even been told I look young for my age. Here's what competing looks like. This is at the 2024 Paris Summer Games.

Since I'm older now, I have some greys in my beard so my question is. Should I keep my beard & think they going to have a easier time to be & prove them wrong, or should I shave it off to blend & fool them thinking I'm in their age group? Thanks for listening.

As someone who hopes to one day have a salt and pepper beard I say keep it

If you grew your beard as an expression of who you are keep it. If you grew your beard because it became the in fashion thing shave it.

Does the beard serve anything more than an aesthetic function? If it's itchy, distracting or anything of the sort, shave it.

As someone who has grey in their beard, keep it. I can understand the desire to dye it darker, but the way I see it I earned every one of these grey hairs. And I will wear them with pride.

Was covering my teams season opener on the road Thursday & as soon as I walked in the press box I could hear the beginning of Love Sosa, then I noticed it was the uncensored version :D , one of the admins came flying like a bat out of hell “TURN IT OFF!”. Had me rolling lol
