With the beginning of 2026, I think this is the time to think about our physical health. Make sure you take precaution about Stroke Prevention. One of my cousins passed away from a stroke today. He was in his 50's. So (myself included) try to prevent from having a stroke, eat healthy, exercise, etc. so we can live a long healthy life.
