My first day back in the gym went pretty well, considering I haven't worked out in almost a year. Operation "Get your fucking fatass off the fucking couch, you fucking fatass" is officially in full swing!
good god..going a week without some kind of workout is hard enough for me i tailor my routines based upon how congested my schedule is if i can get in a total body workout in 30-35 minutes, i found that it makes it easier to stick with getting good workouts in when you really can't spend lots of time on it may be something to consider my 30 minute workout involves a 35lb plate and just constant movement with it for about 7 minutes. Do about 4 rounds of that and you'll be begging for mercy. If I didn't get in something like that, some weeks i'd probably go without working out because i'm so put-off by everything else in my life. It's easy to lose motivation when you got deadlines to meet. Suddenly that 2 hour workout is like:smt107
I can understand getting some kind of discount by paying cash up front for something, but why in the hell would the cash up front price for an MRI be $520 and all other methods of payment total $3,856 for the same damned thing?
We do this at my work. MRI if paid for up front is $500...if the patient doesn't pay up front it's $1500. Bottom line...8 out of every 10 patients who are uninsured (or under-insured) will never pay a dime to the healthcare organization where they received medical care, once they leave the building. If you offer a deeply discounted rate, many patients will pay up front. If you live in a big city, shop around. $3800 for an MRI is absurd.

Its snowing so everything has shut down for the day. All of the milk and eggs are gone, we are all going to starve! This time, it looks promising that our area will accumulate a good amount of snow, so we have to be safe and stay off of the roads if we are able. We shall see... I love harry potter I'm surprised my kids aren't in my room yet, begging me to make breakfast!
When I hit rough times, the gym is my sanctuary, unless some dicks fuck it up at the gym as well.:smt096 I am in total control their, no else to blame but myself for failures.
Five to eight inches were predicted overnight here - haven't seen a flake yet. I want to be a meteorogist. I can screw up every day and still keep my job.
By the way, I hate when I have to provide my own manual stimulation & I'm only left feeling even more unfulfilled & turned on.
