I got up at 5am today to do a crossfit workout from 6:30-8am. It was freakin' amazing! 10 teams, 10 stations...6 minutes at each station. 1. Max poundage w/ Atlas stones 2. Max tire flips (800lb tire) 3. Max box jumps (big tire!!) 4. Max weight moved (400m) 5. Max rope climbs 6. Max air squats (on dynamax balls) 7. Max partner carries 8. Max log presses (yes, there was a giant log) 9. Max pushups 10. Max wall balls (20lb dynamax balls) My team came in first...winning the title of "Fittest on the 4th" out of nearly 60 people! It was an amazing morning, and I'm still smiling about the fact that our team came in first! Best 4th of July ever!
db is rockin it!! So impressed You, my love, need to join us in Hawaii.... It's sooo beautiful, GFunk can attest to that! :smt050
Thanks! I'm still excited. lol holy crap, woman!! I wanna move there! Can I come, too? It seems we're all moving with Athena. lol And thanks! Imagine the place we can get if we all became WWBM roommates??? DUDE. We could live in a big, amazing place on the beach and have all sorts of awesome fun!!
So, you are gonna leave the opulent arena of tall successful doctors in New York City....... to go practice on an island of vertically challenged witch-doctors?.....You are a Big city girl, you need to think about that carefully young lady........
lol, I am only in NY because I have to be. I much prefer someplace small to live and work. And it's been something I've considered for years... Keeping my options open Plus, I'm a witch too!
Oh..no. I'm not a human doctor. I'm a Mac doctor. And I only do the witchyness if I need the big guns. I thought perhaps you were one of the mainlanders who thought we live in grass shacks with no electricity and swim with sharks frequently. And before you ask me how stupid do I think that sounds..people have actually asked me those very things. I like to tell them my personal shack is actually in the ocean, kinda like sponge bobs and not only do I swim with the sharks, I cook them dinner at least three times a week. They love merlot with a blackened opakapaka and Hawaiian potato salad on the side. After dinner we break out the cigars and form a conga line. It's the shit. Sorry to have misunderstood. Carry on.
Well thanks for sharing those eccentric interest with us......At least your mind is full of lively detail on the right day ( July 4th).........
Awesome, DB! Keep it up!! That's a great plan! Though it's ridiculously expensive to live there, but on a doctor's salary, you should be aight. :smt023 :smt081
