True, and even if there were, there would no be that much of an increase in interracial relationships. Surely you don't think that if the numbers were even, every white woman would be with a black man, right?
The smart ones would.
Yes, and all you have to do is go online - important- to sites NOT like this one here, but match.com, eharmony, etc. and see how many white women put "caucassian" as there racial preference for dating. The overwhelming majority do.
The overwhelming majority of everyone is stupid.
Which is just fine for them. Unless you think women in Cullman, AL. are somehow just lustfully desiring black men.
No one said anything about lust. They haven't met Black Men, for the most part.
Actually, the smaller the town (i.e. less progressive, integrated) the LESS likely these women are to date non-white men.
Yes, of course. Duh. Take them out of those environments, and gradually that changes.
"Skyrockets"? You might want to pick another adjective. More like increases incrementally.
Diminish it all you like, but the numbers ain't going down, and they ain't leveling off. Every day, every week, every year, there are more interracial marriages then before.
Now, this is in no way to say that some white women won't date interracially. I myself know this personally, but I'm not in some fantasy land where I assume that the only reason that a white woman is with a white man is because she doesn't live close enough to a black man.
You're minimizing, but you must see my point: A couple generations ago, no one in my family had *met* a Black person. Now, you can look at any branch of my family tree and find interracial marriages & biracial adoptions. This is the story of White America. There are fewer people in isolated, racist towns. In big cities white people are less likely to live in segregated, racist neighborhoods. The more we interact, the more comfortable we are in marrying. That is natural, and it will increase and grow over the years, just as it has done so far.
I really hope I'm not the only one that sees the problem/s with your argument.
I really hope I'm not the only one who sees that you don't have a realistic appreciation of how awesome Black Men are.
