I was joking, but I could see them flipping out if Taylor dated or was even INTERESTED in dating a black man. But in a way she kind of probably unknowingly put it on herself that she has racist fan base. I believe if you want fame as an artist then you are going to have to be diverse and reach out to an diverse audience or you could attract the wrong type of people. Racist identify themselves with stars that either stay out of diversity or participate very little in it. And they most CERTAINLY don't like white female stars that are with black men.
Ty Dolla $ign & Lauren rolling with YG & I think DJ Mustard to this past Sunday's Billboard Music Awards:
The Shade Room posted this on IG yesterday & the comments section is the first time I've noticed Ty Dolla $ign getting hate for this relationship. https://www.instagram.com/p/BjD7x-elIb4/
Yeah, It's some. He's not going to get major heat because he's not that mainstream. Now let Kendrick Lamar be snugged up with a white woman. lol.
I wouldn't say Ty Dolla $ign isn't mainstream. He's a major label artist, he's worked with way too many big name artists/producers, & been featured on too many hits/singles/songs the last 4-5 years. So everybody knows who he is. But if you meant that Ty Dolla $ign isn't a R&B star (Ty considers himself a Singer/Songwriter, NOT a Rapper), than compared to guys like The Weeknd, Chris Brown, or Trey Songz that would be a fair criticism. Because Ty doesn't have the amount hits as a lead artist & platinum albums as those guys do. Ty's biggest hits (including songs he was a featured artist) are: Spoiler Biggest hits that Ty co-wrote or co-produced for: Spoiler
Yeah, you're right. But I was getting at the fact he hasn't caught the attention of mainstream in a way that would have them check him for dating outside his race.
These are the pics that Lauren posted on IG when she confirmed her & Ty Dolla $ign are dating last September: https://www.instagram.com/p/BY6ST_4lD6S/ Pics from the FENTY x Puma afterparty at New York Fashion Week : Ty & Lauren with Rihanna, Pharrell Williams, & ASAP Ferg: Ty & Lauren with G-Eazy & Halsey: Ty & Lauren with Busta Rhymes:
She is very beautiful and too kind for this world. Do you follow her on twitter. One of the nicest and engaging people on there. But sometimes with the way she deals with hate you can tell even though she is pretty strong, the brightness of her heart doesn't match the black heart a lot of people have on social media. This was a message to her fans ? https://twitter.com/LaurenJauregui/status/1007667334725726210 She gets emotional and often it comes with great messages, so I can't say it's weak emotions.
Nah, I usually don't follow celebs on Twitter (I prefer following celebs on IG). On Twitter, I usually follow the the media, people who work in the media, bloggers/writers/critics/podcasters/etc., regular people who have common interests and/or have a following.
I don't know why I keep forgetting how BANGIN Her body is to match that beautiful face. That ass in underrated. Straight up 10!
Looks like Lauren dropped her 1st solo single & music video today: LOL. Those comments she made are gonna get her labeled a "culture vulture" or "cultural appropriator" by a certain group of women who heavily root for Normani's solo career success the most out all of the members of "Fifth Harmony".
She's a sweetheart and have an incredible fan base. They will fight for her. BTW I heard the song and it's pretty good.
