Not long ago people covered in tattoos were circus acts.

Members of the Yakuza are covered in tattoos. Some Russian Organized Crime members have prison tattoos.
Actors Danny Trejo and Robert LaSardo have multitudes of tattoos. Like I said before, I won't get any tattoos unless it is one that has a special meaning.

They all have tattoos. If you're Yakuza or Russia mafia you have to have tattoos. That's why some places in Japan ban people with tattoos because of Yakuza.

They also banned grand theft auto from Kmart and target in Aussie world

Something about having first person sex with hookers, then killing them afterwards to take their money, just doesn't sit well with the masses
