Kobe Bryant Dies in Helicopter Crash

Vanessa Bryant gave a beautiful and thoughtful Eulogy today at the Kobe & GiGi Memorial and received a standing ovation. It was a surprise that she came and even more of surprise that she spoke.

 

I was watching it on stream and honestly couldn't get through the first half of her eulogy about Gianna -- I was starting to cry and decided I can't have this depress me during my work day, I'll watch it later.
Going to watch it when I'm under the covers where l can boo-hoo freely.

 

I'm off today so I was able to watch the whole thing. It was great and not too long, but also not too short. Diana Taurasi, Shaq and MJ had some of the best speeches as well.

 

Yes indeed. Doubt she would do a doc on Weinstein.

I picked up the latest issue of Los Angeles Magazine because of the image of a gravity-defying Kobe breaking through the darkness, his eyes transfixed on L.A.

 

A year ago today we lost a legend. R.I.P. Kobe & Gigi Bryant. Gone but not ever forgotten.
