Nah shes dating Derek Jeter of the Yankees. Her and Jamie are just friends and have been close since being co-stars in their 2005 movie Stealth.

Well nothing is for sure but I think just because people kiss and hug doesn't mean he's smashing that. That's how friends act. I doubt she'd cheat on Derek. If she was single I'd believe it. Do you have any proof they are "together"?
