A majority of this money is never spent on troops or on the equipment and supplies needed, which will explain why the poor troop in the above picture is not getting and will not get the best medical, rehabilitation, and financial required. This money is given to companies with whom the government has a contract, and contributes to politician campaign funds. This is leads me to my next response.
We when all understand this; demand change; participate, and be willing to suffer the consequences, the poor soldier the above picture will not have suffered in vain!!!
