    Becoming Wiccan http://www.wicca-spirituality.com/being-a-witch.html#wicca-witchcraft
According to the little "test" questionnaire thingy http://www.wicca-spirituality.com/becoming-a-wicca.html, I already am. Hmmm...
But, I don't know, because I change my mind a lot and lose interest in things easily. Right now, I'm just having the urge to be able to say, "I am _____" because right now I'm "nothing" as far as spirituality goes, I'm kind of "interested" in everything and "like"/"practice"/am curious of little parts of every religion/spirituality I know of, so maybe I'm a little bit of "everything" and that's what makes me "nothing". But I think Wicca "matches" me the most out of all the other spiritualities that I am aware of. I also believe in freedom and everyone having the freedom to be whatever spirituality feels best to them and makes the most sense to them because if you're honest, you know that no one can be absolutely sure which one is right or wrong. But, I was just thinking about it and felt like babbling/venting....Hm...

According to that little questionaire they were amazed i'd read the whole thing through, hate animals, especially wounded ones.
Britty just be you and you will be ok, no need to tie yourself into any kind of name basis belief system. ;)

I think that's great Britty. One of the wonderful things about Wicca is that you can be a solo practitioner, belong to a coven or just hang out with friends in the living room practicing your favourite rituals. It's very flexible. I'd studied "Witchcraft and the Occult" last term (religious studies, one of the out of faculty options that I had) and I loved it!

We had two guest speakers one class. One speaker, Hawk, represented the Traditional practice and the other represented the Reclaiming practice.

Reclaiming really interested me and I did some further research on it, in fact wrote a paper on Reclaiming and the creation of community for women. Check out this website, Starhawk is one of the pioneers of the modern Goddess-Earth based pagan movements:

EDIT** I agree with Francie, there's really no need to label yourself or tie into a specific doctrine as you know. Although I really enjoyed learning about Wicca, I found the naming of all these Goddesses and Gods was far too tedious, lol.

Mhm, the "New Posts" thing doesn't always work, heh. Anyways...

Thank you girls for taking the time to reply and stuff :). Yea, I know I don't have to. I'm starting to want to though. I'm interested in seeing what having something like a specific spirituality would do for me. I've heard some say that it can be beneficial. To have something to believe in like that. I can try it out and see what happens. :)
Thank you for that website Athena, I'll be sure to check that out!

That may because of my limited internet/computer/technology skills. If you google Starhawk or Reclaiming Tradition, you'll find lots of info on her and the practice. :)

    Aren't pentagrams Satanic?

No, that's an inverted/upside down pentagram. Satan is a Christian concept. Wiccans don't believe in Satan, therefore cannot worship him. It's a common misconception thanks to haters and the media and dumbasses.

See, witches who do black magick/evil are to Wicca as KKK are to Christians and suicide bombing terrorists are to Islam.
There's also Wiccans (who practice magick with a spiritual aspect to it) and witches who just do magick without the spiritual aspect of it, so are just basically like "magicians".
Here are Wiccan Ethics: http://www.witchonthego.com/ethics.html That REAL Wiccans/Witches FOLLOW.

LoL, right. Thanks shion, I will keep that in mind. I read recently that it's against Wiccan Ethics to "recruit" anyone. I like that about it :D as I believe a person's spiritual path is completely up to them to seek and find. :)

"recruit".....so you draw them to you by advertising but not propositioning or soliciting..let them come to you.....answer their questions with short but vague answers....leave them curious.
play the game for a couple of weeks...let them meet some of the fellow "members".. let them see how joyous your life is and complete....give them some literature to read..putting emphasis on the positive aspects...I could go and on
