I'm a light skin (somewhat pale) black guy. I'm on different types threads everyday and all I read are interracial dating chicks saying that they only prefer dark skin black guys. Is there no more love for light skin black guys? I guess they're only like that in LA. I don't know. How can I look attractive to the chicks? Do I have to get a damn tan or stay in the sun to get the attention? Or I can shave my head and fake an accent?
your question is nearly impossible to answer without a picture...if it makes you feel better no, you don't need a tan...it's all about you baby...bm come in many shades of brown...there is more to it than that...you as an individual will find someone that is right for you based on more than the shade of your skin
Absolutely. There are different shades of every ethnicity. There are white people that have more olive skin tones and white people that are pasty (like me). There are asians that are naturally more darker skinned than other asians. The skin color shouldn't matter. Just do you.
Some of you guys are always making excuses and finding reasons about it being hard to find White women. Please, Light skin guys have it easier than dark skin guys when it comes to White women. White women who prefer Black guys usually will go with the entire spectrum, even if they have a preference. Many of the White women who don't prefer or who don't check for Black guys will give a light skin guy the time of day because of his features. You will not find these women on the IR message boards however. If White women are not feeling you, it's not your skin color, it's something else.
I live in L.A. and just cause you're light skin, doesn't mean anything. It's all a matter of personal opinion. I mean you could be really attractive to many women and not attractive to one, but attractive to another. Don't base it on your skin complexion. Just be confident and approach whoever you're attracted to.
Not it It's swag, not color. Just look at Seal and Heidi Klum. That brother is Dark AND has gashes in his face, but landed a world class super model. Personality bruh I'm just saying....
Here's an idea for you, lilhawk624. If you can't stomach doing it yourself, you can always ask others for help.
What? Say what now....? If i'm feeling a woman, be it a sista or ww, its going to be me doing the approaching, not anyone else.
I would never have said it myself- but I agree 100%! Great! Self- confidence- not arrogance or flossing- is the key of every success. Women look inside of you and a clear view is attractive to them. Insecurity is like a fog- you cannot see the character- that makes everything mysterious and unreliable- something women don“t like.
I'm not huge on being called a chick, to start. The best thing you can do is be content with yourself. Then you'll more likely find what you want.
It's a funny thing...... But when I was still Stateside...before MrsMDBCartoon became just *that* (i.e. I was still 'on the market'), just before attending a Memorial Day Weekend festival, I was using a facial depiliatory (shaving powder) to get rid of all my chin shrubbery (I *HATE* being hirsute...and the ONLY time that I *EVER* sported a beard, was right after I split the Cleveland Police Deaprtment, and subsequently left the STATE in 1997....just to make a statement that *I Am No Longer Regimented* -- kinda a'la Conan O'Brien, circa right now). To make a long story short, I burnt the crap outta myself, and had a few minor (and thank God temporary) peels & rips all over my face. Nevertheless, I soldiered forth and attended the bash...and met a VERY fetching, attractive (and albeit interested & interesting....kissing her hand, I saw she was....married) blonde lass named Jill. Once again, to make a long story short, she was one of those unfortunates Whose Husband Didn't Appreciate Her and all that..(N.B. *SHE* volunteered the information; I did NOT do ANY interrogations about that, I *promise* you!) And, well, we just....hit it off for the rest of the summer... Basic Storybook Summer Holiday Romance..from May (Memorial Day) to September (U.S. Labour Day). Until Duty Called, and I had to head back to Warner Bros. West to attend to my work.. To sum it up...it was all *regardless* of all the rips & burns on my face.. And there was no reference made to Seal all during the time we were together.. As for the original thread poster, in answer to the bloke's query..three words: JUST BE YOURSELF! 'Nuff Said!!!! And the Fame and fortune didnt hurt either...lets be serious, if it werent for that, would they be together....DOUBT IT
