Afraid so this was a unexpected remodel last month at midnite heard a funny noise from bathroom sounded like somebody was walking on my roof ( I do smoke to damn much) laid there wife be like go check get up open the door 5 seconds later 1/2 of my ceiling fell on me,, had already promised my kids cars and I needed one so bought 3 cars with this mess going on I did want to tear out all that stuff and do a total remodel but the funds are low
