This whole thread GL has talked about that woman deserving a full on ass kicking for a slap. Justifiable defense is going to take into consideration the actual threat you were under. If, as in this case, some chick slaps u and in return you knock her out... who do you think is going to jail? Id guess more often than not, you. We don't live in a fair world, you have to be smart enough to look out for your own well being. Defend yourself, reasonably. That's all I'm saying.
You posted this to try to further your argument but it only reinforces the point being made to you -- respond appropriately. He slapped her back and she recoiled. Of course he could have cold-cocked her, but he didn't because he knew the damage he could cause to her. As would be if he pulled out his gun and shot her.
