    Vote with your money

Support the studios that include more than just whites in their games and stop buying games put out by the ones that tell PoC to fuck off

In the case of the witcher......I doubt people wouldn't buy it

Aside from the all white cast, it's a pretty long and decent game...and they're hard to find so.......

I just picked one up at a local store, but I'm actually thinking about returning it and getting something else... Any thoughts/recommendations? I don't think I wanna spend a whole lot on it though... The one you mentioned seems to run for about 2Gs? I'm not that musically fancy (not yet, at least, lol).

    Sense8 Explores Human Connection
    June 2015

Before beginning the new Netflix series Sense8, Daryl Hannah was confused enough about her mysterious character, Angel, that she handed a sheet of questions to creators Lana and Andy Wachowski.

She didn't get many answers — and neither will audiences who begin bingeing the 12 globe-trotting, head-spinning episodes of the show's first season, out Friday on the streaming-video service. Being in the Wachowskis' capable hands, however, inspired her to do her detective as well as emotional homework.

"Lana and Andy have a method of working that forces you to go deeper into your own imagination and self, and somehow it all ends up making sense and working better," Hannah says. "It's cool because it ends up giving me a lot more to work with, the fact that we had to figure it out on our own."

A collaboration between the directing Wachowskis (The Matrix) and writer/TV sci-fi veteran J. Michael Straczynski (Babylon 5), Sense8 centers on a "cluster" of eight, diverse and dispersed people — dubbed Sensates — who find themselves strangely connected, physically and psychically.

The current Sensates are Nomi (Jamie Clayton), a transgender blogger and hacker in San Francisco; Will (Brian J. Smith), a white cop from Chicago; Wolfgang (Max Riemelt), a Berlin-based safecracker; Riley (Tuppence Middleton), a London DJ; Sun (Doona Bae), a South Korean businesswoman and underground kickboxer; Lito (Miguel Angel Silvestre), a Mexican movie star hiding his homosexuality; Kala (Tina Desai), a bride-to-be in Mumbai; and Capheus (Aml Ameen), a struggling bus driver in Nairobi.

Gawd, this show is getting terrible reviews. People are saying it just way too slow. I'll get around to checking it. I tend to like that kind of thing if done correctly.

If you're near a pawn shop, you could luck out and find a used one for cheap. They're extremely high-quality, and worth every penny.

Say "Hello" to the new Wolverine: X-23. Knew this was coming despite Marvel's little deflect of "inverting"Sabretooth to now make him a good guy and holding down Wolverine's spot in the current (but not for long) incarnation of the Avengers.

    Natural change.

What "natural" change? All Marvel has been doing for the longest time is taken established hero identities and stick them on other already established characters and a few new ones. As it's been said here and as well as other comic related sites on the internet, just make new and original characters instead of shitting on the old established characters that have been successful for decades. Create new characters for a new generation. That's natural change.

In terms of continuity, it's a natural change. Instead of looking at it out of nostalgia and "traditionalism," view it as something that is relative to the changes we always undergo. The superhero/supervillains are just labels and shouldn't have to be synonymous with one character. Constantly creating new and original characters would not only be cumbersome, but costly in the long run since many of them will be forgettable and would run the risk of exploding a universe with...excess garbage for lack a better word.

X-23 is a clone of Logan after all, so it doesn't surprise me that should have to take up the mantle. This is something I have predicted a long time ago and the comic book aficionados should have as well.

    Can't argue there

But...I can't support a black Johnny storm (which I do) if a female wolverine rubs me the wrong way, right

One of the biggest problems with fucking with established characters in a nutshell. Granted some of them do need updating to make them more appealing to a broader audience, but if overall the character/characters already has wide appeal as is why fuck with them???

    It's called minority pandering

    Captain America is gay

    Johnny storm is black

    Wolverine has breasts

A Girlverine just sounds terrible. Wolverine was the embodiment of a masculine superhero. Giving him boobies is asinine.

Marvel is so gung-ho on being racial/gender/LBGT inclusive that they are fucking up their established characters.

RIP to the last 'real' man who didn't give a fuck what people thought, swore, drank, smoked cigars, fought bears, etc
