Suspected murderers? Not everyone was involved. Those men you see were not involved in the shooting. Cops already had dealt with the gangbangers involved.
by letter of the law they should be arrested. if u and a friend go to a store and he robs it ...uts a very good chance u going down even if u didnt know. in this case they knew what may go down....they should go to jail.
HI, I'M BILL AYERS - ATHEIST, COMMUNIST TERRORIST, US GOVERNMENT BOMBER, OBAMA'S BOOK AUTHOR, "Dreams From my Father"
If they were all acting in concert and deaths resulted, the prosecutor should be able to make a case for accessory to murder. From what I have read Bill Ayers' bombs resulted in property damage, without a single fatality, with the exception of the death of one of his compatriots/co-conspirators who was building a bomb, extreme statements notwithstanding. The punishment given to his accomplices included a fine and brief sentence/probation/time served. Not on the same scale as the loss of a human life, or multiple lives, as in the cases of Tsarnaev and Rudolph. I welcome evidence to the contrary.
False. Dog fighting was legal in Atlanta. He ran a criminal enterprise across State lines into New Jersey. Conviction -
Possibly. A fight broke out in a toilet in a restaurant...then every patron in the restaurant who was present should go to jail. Interesting backdrop to the BANDIDOS gang... “If you weren’t living here thirty or forty years ago, you might not have any idea who the Bandidos are,” he reported in a 2007 Texas Monthly article. “You probably have no inkling that they were once the terrors of Texas, so fearsome that when a rumor spread through a town that they were coming, people literally headed inside their homes and locked their doors..."
it was a meeting between five gangs...but yeah it started in the bathroom. the cops knew about the meeting in reference to your post in bold....wow
If I were wearing red and bloods shot the place trust and believe my ass would be in cuffs await further investigation. You know that's true
Not according to the grand jury http://www.cnn.com/2007/US/law/09/25/vick/index.html?eref=ib_topstories
Those are additional State charges brought later on by Virginia after he plead guilty. He didn't go to jail over those. This is what he PLEAD GUILTY to.... Federal prosecutors indicated they intended to proceed under the provisions of the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO), a United States federal law that provides for extended criminal penalties and a civil cause of action for acts performed as part of an ongoing criminal organization. Vick and the other three co-defendants agreed to separate plea bargains for the federal charges. They were expected to each receive federal prison sentences of between 12 months and five years. .. Vick pleaded guilty to "Conspiracy to Travel in Interstate Commerce in Aid of Unlawful Activities and to Sponsor a Dog in an Animal Fighting Venture".
Don't hold your breath. They might be called "bad guys", but the universal rage and hatred and condemnation of their very humanity won't be forthcoming, because it's a surrogate for anti-black racism.
It's funny you mention that... In a 2014 gang threat assessment, the Texas Department of Public Safety classified the Bandidos as a "Tier 2" threat, the second highest. Other groups in that tier included the Bloods, Crips and Aryan Brotherhood of Texas.
So then where is the outrage where is the demand for "these people" to clean up their act. Where are the white leaders condemning their behavior. It's an outrage
We all know what is already. Truly interesting to see some of the double standards fold right before our eyes. And they wonder why old wounds can't heal.
For real? Like what? Can you show us some, actually very interested to see the excuses being made for them.
