Of course! Eagles fan, too. However, I miss most of the Phillies games because I don't have Comcast. :-(

Nah. I HATE listening to ball games on the radio. And, although I will always love my Phils, I haven't missed much lately....

Last week, Chris Rock explained his opinion on why he thinks Black people don't watch baseball. Fast forward to today, and and for the first time in MLB history..not one fan is allowed to be in the Camden Yards Stadium today. It's being speculated that it's not about fear for the safety of fans...but that it's really that they don't want to show 35,000 (cheeering, clapping, smiling) white Bsltimorian faces watching a baseball game. Agree or no?
Showing nothing but white people clapping and cheering at a trivial baseball game, while hordes of blacks are protesting for civil rights down the block never looks good..... White people have outstanding public relations consultants
No it doesn't look good. Which is the point being sarcastically speculated on talk shows. The media would have a field day split screening. However, remember, the message being officiated is for safety. Which says so many other things too, no? Btw, Yankee Stadium opened to cheering fans just 3 days after 3,000 bodies perished in the Twin Towers. NFL, too. And STL Rams played on at home while Ferguson rioted. Strange, indeed.
