@dallascowboys.. dez bryant's catch reversed? we understand the disappointment.. our heart bleeds koolaid lions
Wow.... Even Dez Bryant is now admitting the call was right, but wants the rule changed. Lol..Let's all bow down to Dez.... "hey Dez, call me, we will change it just for you- Commish [HDYT]jB5R-HcyITE[/HDYT] Lions' perfect response to Bryant catch reversal (and other reactions) Updated: January 11, 2015, 6:38 PM ET By Patrick Dorsey | ESPN.com For the second straight week, the defining moment in a Dallas Cowboys playoff game involved the referees. .....Naturally, Twitter had a few things to say -- none more noticeable than this from the Lions: Sorry @dallascowboys. We know the feeling: http://t.co/CfC95Nj3Q6. #CompletingTheProcess pic.twitter.com/7xuEA9FH49 — Detroit Lions (@Lions) January 11, 2015 That picture directly references the infamous "Calvin Johnson rule," in which Megatron in 2010 brought Rule 8, Section 1, Article 3, Item 1 to national attention. (Fun side note: Both the Johnson and Bryant catches were overturned by referee Gene Steratore.) Still, one can't help but detect a little salt left over from Detroit's controversial loss. In other words, a quality tweet. Meanwhile, a number of Lions players weren't so subtle with their responses: Poetic Justice. Sorry Cowboys fans, but this is hilarious. — Corey Hilliard (@slabzilla78) January 11, 2015 It's Funny how life works... would u (pro team) take the ohio qb who just won the championship game but only played 3 games. word on the street is he has 2 days to consider to go into the draft and hes thinking on it. if i was him i would go pro.
Normally I would say that no one should even consider going pro after so few starts but damn...he has won every big game that he has ever played against some of the best teams in the country, each team better than the last, on the biggest stages in the country. Plus this draft doesn't really have a whole lot of top-tier QBs after Winston and Mariota. This might be his only chance to go relatively high and plenty of teams could go for a good QB right now.
i agree i would go because the iron is hot. is he ready...thats a different thing. i think a team would get him and have him on the bench and learn. hes big...he can run. he can throw.... if i was him...i would go regardless of what roubd i would be happy because i would be on the bench learning and getting paid
Exactly!! He should declare now for the fact if he won't improve on what he has done, he ain't starting next year at Ohio st or nfl carry a clip board for a check or books? Given time ,,, where you at raider? He can be what Oakland fans thought t Pryor was gonna be ,, he will be better than Newton as well,, i see Big Ben watching this kid, He is gonna test well and fly up the draft boards some one will pick him top 10 and by week 10 throw him to the fire ,, that kid won't sink tho he is a baller
I'm agreeing with everything you said! And ftr I'm not declaring the Raiders will have a winning season until you give me the green light lol. My heart speaks before my brain thinks when it comes to my boys in silver & black
We are closer not quite yet there in 15, peyton is finished he is retiring that back up who knows if he is any good, Alex smith doesn't scare anybody,, p rivers just about done as well the afc west is there (if Carr is the man) for the taking, this year we need to make sure we have a plan going forward on the offensive line ( I wouldn't cry making bill Callahan our off coord just so he is back coaching our line) no one is coaching off lines better, head coach has to have big enough balls to tell mark Davis to sit down and let him lead the team ,, seeing they are drafting Gregory the def end Nebraska kid has a body to die for but slight he can't hold up as a 43 def end 50 plus snaps if we are drafting him hope the plan is either 25 lbs on him or standing him up to play lb and then put his hand down on 3rd downs,,, not sure I like the pick ( we can't afford to miss anymore) having said all that Gregory can flat out rush and 10 sacks a season that dude will do just on natural ability , he gets 20lbs some technique he can be Robert Quinn On a side note rather have Winston but we can't give away what it's gonna take to pick 1 , so the next "sure star" I see? Todd gurley rb Georgia he is down with acl we gonna stink again in 15 so as soon as the rumors start as to where he may come off the board start selling those future 2nd and 3rd picks to get back in play,,, draft him, get him healthy and under no circumstance he plays one snap all season,,, imagine gurley in 2016 just 23 yrs old with Carr going forward , our front 7 isn't far off , our secondary is toilet water stinky but throw a bunch of 4th rd-6th rd picks for depth hope Hayden ( who we should have never drafted the kid about freakish died , lost all the weight in college remember) gonna turn into a player even if you move him to safety
Why? You seen us since chucky left in 02 last thing we need is another yes man coaching us, just so you know gl peyton been Denver coach last 3 yrs not fox lol
All that football talk has me all :smt103. Love your take on things!! And I'm on the Gurley bandwagon all the way.
That's been Oakland problem gl haven't had a coach that is good enough or tough enough to stand up to ownership it's a completely different animal there than anywhere else,, so again have I defined john fox? Lol no he bowed to peyton he allowed peyton to run the offense that's the last dude we need best case he gets our gig and feel he has to re establish his manhood and turn into a prick no thanks
