This sucks. In my absence (which wasn't because of the board in anyway), a lot of people left or stopped posting frequently. Since we've been talking about this topic more, I just stopped posting in the racial threads (at least for a while). I'm going to try to get members to meet offline, got a thread I'm going to start soon.

I do miss a handful of people but can do without the drama. I find I appreciate small breaks from the forum. i would be interested in these facebook groups, I only have contact with a few off forums.
Hahahaha. Really though, its so crazy refreshing when someone contacts me and doesn't get sexual. It's happened only once lol but he's really one of my favorites because we can just chat about random things. And I happen to love me some random conversation! My family, my boyfriend, my life are on FB so only a select few from here have access to that. And it took 2 years for me to get comfortable enough to add them lol. I'm a slow go when it comes to trust and that, for me, is what these offline friendships boil down to.

2008-2011 was the best era. We had the most active members, everyone got in the chat room. Hell, we even had skype sessions for hours.

There used to be one. I don't know if there is any more. But it wasn't very diverse. Mostly women. But, that's probably what you want. Lol.
