Suddenly I don't feel too bad about watching anime as a grown ass man

I just wrapped up persona 4 on hulu

Hulu has a shit ton of anime..more than crunchyroll I'd believe

 

Thanks to two men. Osamu Tezuka (Japan's Walt Disney) and Leiji Matsumoto. They launched many childhood memories.

Pokémon for instance, was started by a man, who when he was a kid, used to collect insects and had them fight to the death(insects, according to legend in the Edo period of Japan, were symbols of good luck for the Samurai. An insect on their flags or helmets gave them some comfort).

The fairy tales that we all were brought up with were intended for adults before they were told to children.

Mark Wahlberg and Peter Berg, the duo behind the critically acclaimed and box office success Lone Survivor, are re-teaming for the feature film version of The Six Billion Dollar Man with various writers circling the project for The Weinstein Co.’s Dimension Films label. (Yes, billion with a ‘b’). Berg will direct and Wahlberg is attached to star in the film about former astronaut Steve Austin who, after a horrific crash of an experimental plane, is saved by doctors when he is fitted with bionic replacements — both legs, his right arm and left eye. With super-human power, he becomes a force to be reckoned with for the government as a secret agent for the Office of Scientific Intelligence.

The story is based on the sci-fi book Cyborg by Martin Caidin which became a bestseller when it debuted in 1972 and was partially used for the popular 1970s television series The Six Million Dollar Man. With such a well-known brand, the film will appeal to those now-older fans of the show in addition to introducing the character to a new generation of kids.

Bob Weinstein is producing along with Berg and his producing partner Sarah Aubrey, Wahlberg’s production company Closest to the Hole Prods. and Wahlberg’s producing partner Stephen Levinson. Universal, which enjoyed the success of Lone Survivor, may also finance part of the picture. This was first eluded to by Tracking Board apparently.

Mark Wahlberg is in good shape for the role of Steve Austin. The question is who will play Oscar Goldman and Dr. Rudy Wells. Will Jaime Somers or Max, the bionic German Shepard be in it? Will the demonstrations of strength and other bionic abilities be slowed down or sped up like the past adaptation of The Bionic Woman?

 

The Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask 3D for Nintendo 3DS

Operation: Moonfall has been a success. We're getting a 3DS update of perhaps, the darkest Zelda installment in the series. What else could be done with the game? Well, there could be some additional updates and maybe a Robin Williams reference or two.

Hahaha, we're the resident Zelda fans here, but you always seem to beat me to it. I'm going to give this one a go as well. And a good way to tide yourself over until the main Zelda game comes out soon.
