    Got that Strain thread remember:

Show has been a slow build up to everything rather than full on diving into things at once.

    For you Tamstrong

There has been some light shed on this Zelda adaptation and also there will be an adventure mode. I know exploration is definitely your cup of tea, so the developers at Tecmo Koei will not want to mess up any Zelda fan's love for the series. So, the guys at GameXplain will clarify a lot of things to help pique your interest.

    Cheers, love!

Who on the JL can evade mind control?

If going by strictly who is pictured in the line up, Aquaman possibly could if played up with boasted mental abilities as he has to some extent in his current incarnation. Otherwise Martian Manhunter would be the JL pick for telepath to counter Xavier.

Superman's Tourqasm-Vo allows him to create psychic blocks, which are heavily thick, as seen on Superman vs. The Elite where Manchester Black couldn't reach the deeper aspects of Superman's mind. So, even Xavier would be virtually useless. Onslaught, a product of Magneto and Xavier, would be more adapt to cause major problems in the mental bits.

Of course, there are other characters within the JL who have similar experiences, though possessing different approaches to not being mind controlled or isn't easily manipulated.

Full scale telepathy can overrun Torquasm-vo. Torquasm-vo is a form of mental discipline & just a very small part of the telepathy spectrum and Xavier would win.

When looking through something like this,

I have serious doubts that Xavier could even break through Superman's mental barriers so easily. Seeing this bit with Dominus is more on the level of Onslaught, which far surpasses anything Xavier's powers would manifest.

Dominus was not a telepath. He created illusions & manipulated reality. Not the same as Xavier or even Onslaught. Never mind the fact that both Brainiac & Darkseid have been able to break Superman's will & gain control of him or brainwash him. And neither are telepaths.

Actually, Dominus, according to the article here, clearly states that he does possess telepathy as one of his powers. Also, for someone with vast cosmic powers and psionic capabilities, I don't see how Xavier would be able to break through Superman's mental blocks. Onslaught, I can clearly understand, but Xavier...not so much.

Superman has no natural telepathic abilities. He may have strong mental discipline combine with his alien makeup to allow him to resist most mental attacks, but he's not stopping a powerful & experienced telepath like Xavier. If Superman had some actual telepathic ability , then you might have a case.

I would doubt that actually, regardless. I tend to view the DC characters, both hero and villain, to be on a much higher level than the the comic book universe incarnations, so my views on this matter is grounded on that very thing.

Umm hmmm. I saw your original post. Don't rely on the Lois & Clark TV series of all things as a reference source for anything Superman. :)

Hahah, hey hey....it's still Superman. Even the Axel Braun's Man of Steel XXX movie can be used.

I say the Avengers. JL only has one person with regenerative powers/invulnerability - Supes. X-Men has Wolverine. Avengers have three: Thor (immortal), Hulk (gamma rays are a mother) and to a lesser degree, Cap. So they have more people likely to survive the attacks, lol.

And we seem to forget the major game changer. What Rogue who can literally steal and use the power of Superman

The Flash, Wonder Woman, Martian Manhunter, among many of the league (and many more who are lesser known), do have regenerative properties as well. While none are invulnerable, their healing factors are generally much more accelerated than normal.
