I brought home some Popeye's chicken, I left it on the counter and fell asleep. Now it's cold fried chicken for breakfast.
Well, its almost 5 pm and I am just now finally eating something today. Had so much to do today and had to go grocery shopping. Then cane home to be good and cook something healthy. Creamed cabbage and meatballs.

Yummmmmmmmm. I like to make spinach and ricotta cannelloni with mountain bread instead of pasta. So light and delicious!
Just ate this for lunch. Quinoa cooked with chicken stock underneath and a drizzle of olive oil & lemon juice on top. I'm way into quinoa in salads at the moment!!
I just ate KFC I got the two piece meal. Dark meat, a biscuit, mashed potatoes and gravy, for some reason they gave me honey sauce, potato wedges even though I already got mashed potatoes and gravy but I'm not a fan of cole slaw or their mac and cheese.
Two wheat biscuits, yogurt, an orange, a banana, an apple and a cup of black coffee. Not my preferred espresso, but it will have to do.
Harvested my fava beans and some habanero and green onions. Since I can't go grocery shopping, I decided to make something of that and as I actually had pancetta and maitake mushrooms in the fridge, I made a pasta sauce with shallots, pancetta, maitake, garlic, habanero, tomato, fava beans and asparagus. It was divine!
Today for some reason I did not feel too hungry. For breakfast I had an apple (Pink Lady). Lunch consisted of a mixed salad and garlic bread. Lettuce,cucumber,red onion,chicken breast & a few bacon bits, carrot,corn, a few red beans and yoghurt dressing.
