Try singing in the shower. It works for me. LOL Although, I cannot sing like Tom Jones(maybe I can), I can at least put the feeling into a song like he can. There is this Japanese singer named Isao Sasaki. He is famous for singing the theme songs of a few of the most beloved anime theme songs like Yamato/Star Blazers, Galaxy Express 999, and others. He has a deep voice and he sings with authority. I don't speak Japanese, but, I can dig where he's coming from. Check him out on youtube.
