You were prejudiced towards Indians because of preconceived notions about them. Exactly the definition of prejudice. I do not find Asian men, in general, physically attractive. That suggests nothing preconceived, nothing inferior, and certainly doesn't address the whole person. Tell me again how that dismisses an entire race of people, therefore making me a racist?
Because you say Asian men as if all of them look alike Ches. Imagine sure there are great looking Filipino men you might find attractive or attractive Koreans or Hawaiians. Again, saying someone is good looking doesn't necessarily mean I'm attracted to him. I find many women good looking, but I'm not in any way attracted to women, romantically.
