oh lord, me wanty!!! I've had a crappy day today, and so I have pretty much just eaten crap! I am like the worst diabetic in history lol, thank god I get so much exercise or I would probably actually just drop dead! The only decent things I have eaten was a nice homemade (but not by me of course) lentil soup with crusty bread for lunch. If you can imagine leaving a six year old at home alone all day, and what she would eat....thats been what I have eaten today. Don't very often get like this, but today has been an ''eat as much junk as you can possibly shove down your throat'' kind of day :smt119
That was me for the past week lol. Every time I tried to cook, the power went out again I gave up and decided to eat cookies and junk food instead. :smt106:smt106
Made the most fabulous paleo waffles for breakfast! Almond and coconut, with organic maple syrup and some kerrygold butter. DELISH! Lunch was paleo beef stew...it was beef, sweet potato, mushrooms, diced tomatoes, celery, onion, garlic, saffron infused beef broth, and a little olive oil..salt, pepper, rosemary... left on low and slow all night in the crock pot. Pretty much wolfed that bad boy down. lol Dinner was a little less clean...more primal than paleo. Salami slices and an herb and lettuce salad with raw milk bleu cheese, pecans candied in coconut sugar, dried cranberries, and a homemade raspberry vinaigrette. SO GOOD. Highly recommend making it at home!
HA! No shame in it. We all have our days. I was running on about 2 hours of sleep after a crappy night of tossing and turning the other day and I was CRAVING all sorts of cookies, candies, etc. It took ever fiber of my being not to hit up the vending machine at work. I did end up eating an entire package of dried mangoes from Trader Joe's, though. Have you ever eaten them?! OMG.
haha no, but I know what you mean, I really was craving chocolate yesterday, and when I went to bed my head was in bits, pretty much buzzing from all that sugar! Surprised I got any sleep at all lol x
So far low fat yogurt and fresh banana for breakfast, and for lunch a spelt flour bread roll with a slice of chicken breast,as well as half a carrot and fresh cucumber. However for dinner I plan to eat some not soooo healthy food. Going to make some nachos with cheese,beef and japalenos

I just had chicken wings with pasta salad and a small bowl of mixed green salad (lettuce,cucumber,onion ,tomato,onion ,shredded parmesan and yogurt garlic dressing) for dinner.
Breakfast: Scrambled eggs with a bit of cheese and pepperoni bits mixed in. Mid-moring: 1/2 C tri-color quinoa with chopped dates, cinnamon & vanilla coconut milk. Lunch will be homemade chili soup with homemade cornbread muffin and chunky applesauce.
