    Gal Gadot "singing" Wonder Woman

HOWEVER, I'D WAGER THAT THIS THEME SONG WOULD BETTER SUIT HER...

She should be spending less time making silly videos and more time in the gym. It takes time to build and tone muscle, and filming is supposed to start in February.

Maybe her metabolism is in fairly high standing, so give her a break.

Besides, looking back on it Lynda Carter was about that size and she did well with her performance as Wonder Woman. That and when you see Wonder Woman in comics and cartoons, she looks pretty slender as it is. But, who's to say that she has to look like Cindy Ladoult or Melissa Bender?

She has a nice mouth. LOL. Seriously. I think she had better be prepared for months of working out, stunt wire work and fight choreography.

Lynda Carter will always be Wonder Woman in my eyes. Actress Adrianne Palicki was almost chosen to to play Wonder Woman. She wore the costume and really felt the essence. But she was not chosen.

It's part of a fanboys job to criticize casting and directing choices. Besides, my nitpicks have been far nicer then some others I've read and heard.

This is going to sound crazy but, Gal Gadot is basically the Jackie Robinson of female superhero actors. All the movie studios with female comic characters, are waiting to see if she can carry a franchise. If she doesn't nail this role, it might set female led superhero movies back for a while.

We'll see. I think she could do it.

That's totally unfair on her. This movie was not scheduled. It sprung out of nowhere from what I heard.

Palicki did do Wonder Woman for NBC...but it was never broadcasted. However, the pilot episode is all over the net and I have to say...it was a mess, but could have shown promise. Rileah Vanderbilt was also considered for the role. But she did do Wonder Woman for an online WW video. Check it out.

I had my doubts at first too when they picked her. But they were premature than anything else since after reading a good bit about her, she could potentially pull it off. However, I do think they are jumping too hard on this movie with so many superheroes on there all at once. They should just do a Wonder Woman movie outright and I have my own ideas on that should be executed.

P.S. I maybe crazy, but let's see Spike Lee do a Justice League movie.

I feel you. That's real courage there. Bravo to the both of them. Anyone putting their life on the line for no other reason than it's the right thing to do gets my respect and a donation if I can figure out where to send it. Legal fees and equipment has got to add up.

If more people were willing to step up, we'd have a lot less crime.

After taking a look about the woman casted as wonder woman, I think it was a bad pick. She is indeed too skinny. Yes, wonder woman is skinny but she is gina corano skinny. This lady looks like she hasn't spent a day in the gym. That's totally fine. Her jobs didn't require as much fitness as gina but Wonder Woman's background is a fighter.....

any how, I think this movie is going to be a failure. They didn't make this movie in the background. It just sprang up. so now you have a guy who did what he did in man of steel vs a guy who at best can drive tanks. The power difference is too great. They brought it down in justice league as well as the dark knight.

I'll remind everyone, she is a Isreali soldier in real life. They train their troops well. She, at least, knows how to fight and wield a weapon. That will go a long way in her looking believable in any any action scenes she may be a part of.

Besides, I'm guessing she won't have much more than a speaking role in B vs. S. The sequel to that movie is where she'll get a chance to show what she can do.

George Burris, the man who built the Batmoblie for the Batman tv show, the most famous car in the world at the time, had just sold for $4.2 million dollars in Scottsdale, AZ.

I think they are building towards justice league......
I can not express my disappointment in this action. It is starting to seem as if it is not possible to make live action team movies without it becoming main character and his friends...i.e wolverine and the xmen or ironman and the avengers.

Young girls in Israel serve in the IDF for about 2 1/2 to 3 years. Young boys 4 years. They have the option of staying on if they want to. These terms of service is not limited to the Army. There is the Israeli Air Force and Navy.

The difference between Lynda Carter & Gal Gadot is Carter was lean with curves at the time she played Wonder Woman, Gadot is lean without curves.

Damn...I never noticed that. Hell...that corset armor really hid her figure. I've seen her naked and...she's really nice! But even to this day, she really aged well.

But the fact remains, Gadot has time to tone herself and get the curves needed. But then again, I can't recall Wonder Woman being all that curvy.

The image of Wonder Woman matches the image of what is considered "normal/average" for each generation she has existed in comics, so she never has been presented as overly curvy. The ideal of Wonder Woman being athletically built is a very recent thing and plays to the whole "Amazon Warrior" mystic for some fans. It's kind of hard picturing a rail thin woman being a warrior considering the classical depiction of Greek woman, especially Amazons, have been on the curvy side.
