Why would the joker be I like it?

The joker in that timeline is Bruce Wayne's mother.

It provides an in depth story of their tragedy of losing Bruce. It would have allowed for the viewer to connect emotionally with thomas and martha wayne. Instead it is a dick measuring contest of fight scenes.:smt012

I need to connect with the movie just like Jason Todd and Bruce connected. The storyline revolved around Bruce not avenging Jason. A father not avenging his son sort of way. That's what made that movie(batman under the red hood) awesome coupled with great chase scenes, one liners and The joker's insanity.

Get the clearance for what? The suit? The symbol? Warner Brothers produced the show and owns DC Comics/Superman rights. They could show this :

..but they couldn't show Welling actually wearing the entire suit or some version of it?

The San Diego Comic Con features a live interactive promotion "tour" called "The Godzilla Encounter" for next summer's upcoming new Godzilla movie and offers a couple brief glimpses at what Godzilla may look like in the film.

People keep saying that they want a Wonder Woman movie, But the problem with that is twofold.

First, Wonder Woman is a known quantity, but in name and outfit recognition only. Most people don't know shit about her origin or her rogues gallery.

Second thing, is the tone of the character. D.C. has proven that they are terribly inconsistent in the way they portray their characters. So Wonder Woman will prove even more of a challenge. Because she is simultaneously a feminist icon for women and someone men want to imagine having scary but intense sex with.;) So striking that balance without going too far in either direction will be very tricky.

10 years ago, they were casting for Wonder Woman. It was said that Miranda Kerr was going to play her. But, I guess that deal fell through. And Wonder Woman's costume had an upgrade; instead of the usual strapless one-piece bathing/battle suit she wore for years, she is now wearing pants and a jacket. She is really ready to kick some heavy duty ass now. But, I don't think that most fans(male) would like to see that. So, they would want to see the bathing/battle suit.

Lara Croft from the Tomb Raider series, Samus Aran from the Metroid series...they all managed to get guys to see them as more than sex symbols.

Of course if they were to do such a thing, it will be contain relevant themes and sexism would be a core component, but not the absolute thing. In the cartoons, and even in many of the comics, she was underestimated, but she proved them wrong easily. She can be adapted into the 21st century much like Superman and Batman and other superheroes. It's a matter of who is giving her the right touch.

Snyder wouldn't be a bad choice, but Katherine Bigelow would be an interesting choice given her blockbuster war movies. Doing this sort of thing will be a challenge, but it'll be doable. All she need to do is pay attention to the Wonder Woman fans and yet, hold a contemporary perspective and woman's vision of the ideal femme fatale.

You got to be kidding about Tomb Raider. That entire series existed solely to tantalize horny gamer boys. Sure the developers tried to tone down the sex appeal later, but the fact remains T&A is what made that game popular.

After the first game, there was a greater emphasis on the sex appeal of the character, but mainly breast augmentations. However, the core mechanics of the game (3D exploration and shooting mechanics) were what appealed to the gamers more and thus made it famous. There weren't any games before TR that successfully combined adventure and action components into the mixture. But by the time the fifth generation consoles (PS2, GCN, and Xbox) arrived, the series lost its mojo because of the stale gameplay components.

If your assessment were true, then the series would have continued to generate a consistently large audience of faithful, big breast loving gamers. But no, the quality of the games went down until its reboot with better gameplay mechanics made Lara Croft and the franchise memorable.

So 2015 will bring us Avengers 2, Batman & Superman, Star Wars: Episode 7, Jurassic Park 4, Avatar 2, Terminator 5, And Independence Day 2.

Geez, it's going to be one hell of a year for movies. (and sequels)

Even though I want to see each one of those movies. I really think they should push a few of them back. The audience isn't made out of money.

I'm perfectly willing to wait until 2016 to see Avatar 2, Jurassic Park 4 and Independence Day 2.

Those are the only two that matters.

The other ones can be put back on the shelves. The Star Wars series has done its deed, and the Jurassic Park movie is an unncessary case of diarrhea, and the other two movies? That's worse than an official Titanic 2 release.

Why? I wasn't all that interested in Star Wars to begin with. It was just a glorified, half-assed sci-fi opera with a story that tried so hard to be decent.

Glorified, half-assed sci-fi? My friend, nothing is new under the sun. And sci-fi is no exception. George Lucas wanted to make a movie he wanted to see and he used everything from Akira Kurosawa films to action cliffhangers from the late 30's, 40's and 50's to mythology. This work was very personal for him as was his previous works like American Graffiti and others. The Star Wars saga had something for everyone. If you are so astute about what you are looking for in a film of any genre, I DARE YOU to write a story and screenplay.
