whats the book about?

 

It is a detective novella. Simply put, it is the stories of a private investigator in the firm he works for. It has ir and many diverse characters in it. I had been working on this project since 1988. The protagonist grew with me over the years. That was 25 years ago. The next task is to find the money to produce, protect and sell the work. It is another uphill battle.

 

Why not just self publish?

 

I tried with two companies. But, they tried to rush me even though I was merely asking for information. For this, I am going to the hard road to truly immerse myself in the business. Self-published books are, indeed, a foot in the door. However, self-published books are not often welcomed at major bookstores. The self-publishing route will only be an option of last resort.
