Damn it! I HATE having a 64-bit version of Windows. I can't get anything to fucking work. I need iTunes and it just isn't going to happen. So sad.
when you install itunes... you have to right-click the installation file and run as administrator... see if that helps you. all of my machines have 64 bit and it still runs fine.

Completely random but I love my job! Sounds pretty simple, but I feel so blessed to be doing something I actually love and have a passion for (even though I just spent 30 minutes evacuating and accounting for 100 docs, 300 staff and 200 patients, down 6 flights of stairs only to learn the fire alarm going off was a false alarm :x). Not what i wanted to do in 5 inch heels today. Seriously though...one of my favorite parts of my job is hiring new, hungry grads...dying to get their foot in the medical field :smt023 These people are our future, and I'm thrilled to be able to be the one to welcome them into nursing!
I bring in RNs. Obviously I need them to have a basic fundamental knowledge of nursing, but beyond that I look for compassion, cooperation, accountability and a strong thirst for knowledge. Clinically speaking, we can make them great nurses with on the job experiance, but they have to come to me with the right personality because that's not something I can teach! I have bigger dreams though...plan on taking over the world at some point
I actually dozed off a bit ago while painting my toenails. I woke up with the brush stuck to the top of my foot and polish all over my little toe. Nail polish mess aside, it was a nice little power nap. lol

I am so proud of myself. For a really stupid reason. Started playing Skyrim. Got to Bleak Falls Barrow. Apparently, it needs at least a level 6 or preferably closer to 20. I went in as a level 2 and exited as a level 4 in a about an hour and a half. That was fun!
