Well you're in luck that you prefer black men, its much easier for ww to find decent bm since the educated and upwardly type black men are more likely to date interracially. As far as number 2 there's really no way to screen for that since people like that aren't usually open about it.

No, but that is my next thing to do, I guess once I complete my school assignment that is due today.

 

I'd recommend OKC too. The only downside I've found is that if you're a Black man, there are a lot of women that don't date interracially. Even though this is the deep South I was still actually kind of surprised at the number. Still, it is free so I'd say go for it

You really do need to get out more. The exact opposite is true in my area.

 

In order to improve my search results and matches I hid all of the profiles of members who didn't date interracially. By the time I got done, the number of profiles that I'd hidden numbered in the dozens. The White women I've met on that site tended not to be from the South. One in particular was from New York and another was from Wisconsin.

Actually, that was how I did it. I looked for the answer to the question about strongly preferring to date someone of a their own racial background and just hid the profiles that answered the question "yes."

I think this weekend instead of just hanging out with some friends, I am going to go to Chattanooga and hang out and see if I can't meet some new people. I know exactly what I want but can't seem to put it in words. Besides, the important thing is to get back in the game..so maybe just jump in? I think I am a lot more fun in person and I don't have to deal with the whole attraction issue, either they like me or they don't? I guess I think when it is supposed to happen it will. Maybe the man of my dreams is just down the road..

Yeah, that is the great thing about OKC, the ability to narrow your searches, WITHOUT paying a premium. Some sites don't let you do shit unless you pay for premium features.

I have searched for only white women living close to me, and then peruse their profiles, looking for the "strongly prefer to date their own race" question. I have been surprised how many women on OKC choose to answer that question. And then, of course, you can see who views your profile, so has been a great way to show interest.

 

That's one of my beefs about OKC...I really wish there was a way to filter people out based on their racial preferences, since that's what one would call an automatic dealbreaker in most cases. Still, it's probably the best site out there, since the people seem to be more open-minded in general.
