Its really not a crux for men. No one is running to big daddy shut down the thread and like you pointed out whats more insensitive something that can be changed or something that cant

Women are victims and men cause ALL problems even their own inability to be 6'2 so no need to worry about them lol. I will be fair and say this though a shorter dude (less than ideal no actually short) can do other things to attract women have money, be funny etc. Overweight women in that respect have it harder because their only move is to lose the weight. But as it was stated earlier losing weight is an option for most people changing your height isnt.

Now you of all people KNOW my point of view is a bit skewed. I was overweight by a large percentage for a good 4 years. And you know that even given that I never picked up a fat crusade and I wouldn't now.
    But @ this post?

Even I gotta *roll my eyes*

I'm 'short', maybe 5'2? (My ceiling fan is missing the cord to actually turn the light on/off... I have to get a step stool in order to pull it, can't reach even standing on my tip toes :p). Often when I go out, if I wear heels, they're only a half inch, to an inch at the most... I still prefer guys taller than me.

It doesn't mean I desire a tall basketball player, that I'd probably have to climb up in order to steal a kiss. Nor does it mean I want to have to bend down and kiss a guy shorter than me (can't see that happening though, lol). I like the 'face smooshed against chest' type hugs, so if I'm into a guy that's at the right height for that, awesome!

Going from my ex that was about 6 feet tall to my ex that's 5'6-ish felt different. I didn't mind the height but felt insecure that we were nearly the same weight. Height isn't the most important to me, I like guys 'bigger' than me in general. Height doesn't mean anything if the guy's skinny. I'm not the skinniest girl in the world nor the biggest, but I want some fluff... don't want to feel like I'll crack a guy when giving him a hug lol. So yeah, height doesn't mean much to me, if I feel like I'm with a toothpick.

I find taller guys are often more comfy to cuddle with, probably just because with more height often means longer arms. Not really a fair comparison here though, don't have enough to compare to. Y'all could always try to change my mind on this, at the very least I'd get cuddles :p

Paniro, Ches didn't mention anything here, nor did huntress... not cool to drop names like that. If you want to say something, say it... but don't pull others into it.

Naming names is more of a sure fire way to turn the thread into something it's not intended to be. If you think it's becoming a weight thread, fine... say that. But, in my opinion, mentioning names seems like a guarantee that things will heat up far too much in here... it's not needed :).

This thread was started by a man. The most recent weight started thread by a man. They are both stupid ass hell subjects for threads. Only create issues and division. Just saying. If you guys can't take the heat quit starting stupid shit. :smt024

    Yes and no.

It's one thing to be PC because that's what you are.
It's another thing to be PC because you have to feel superior to another person by doing so.

I was really surprise to see that this was a thread.
Then I saw how it became a way to say one side of the fence can monku monku
Or have some high ass standard imposed by outside forces but not admit that they too hold a different but same concept of high standards that is imposed by outside forces.

Because of the myth that we taller men have bigger ________, I would be inclined to say yes, we do get more play. It's not fair to say, but I don't see the reputation going anywhere no time soon.

By the way, I'd be curious to know who made up such a myth........
