The Last of Us 15 Minute Demo

For those who have been able to enjoy the quality made titles from Naughty Dog Software, this is a brand new treat for anyone looking for a good action-adventure game. For those who are unfamiliar with the company, you will know the following series that Naughty Dog has been behind:

1. Crash Bandicoot series
2. Jak and Daxter series
3. Uncharted series​

And one thing you cannot deny, mainly with the Jak games and Uncharted games, there's a compelling story that not only invokes plenty of emotion, but the characters seemingly comes to life effortlessly. If Sony can recognize one thing...it's that they have a talented development house in their hands.

The Last of Us trailer shows off how the characters come to life and above all, another winner on their hands.

So apparently they are planning a "no powers/no costume" Wonder Woman series for the CW network. I don't know why the powers-that-be think that people want to see a non-comic book, comic book show. And for as much as I admire her rich comic history, Wonder Woman is a dead end character.

 

This could be good stuff if they this Xena style.

If only Lucy Lawless was a little younger or a had a younger sister who could act just as a good as her.

Oh well, maybe origin story is the way to go rather than an actual take on Wonder Woman as a fulfilled hero.

 

That seems to be the new Hollywood geek chic. This and movies like Abraham Lincoln, Vampire Hunter where they take well known figures or characters and twist them in some sci-fi/horror/fantasy/action way. Don't be surprised if someone comes up with Winston Churchill, Zombie Killer,Gandhi the Yeti Slayer or Peter Pan & the Lost Boys as Harry Potter style wizards battling evil warlock Captain Hook and his band of pirate sorcerers. :shock:
