Feeling pretty happy - have a night to myself and some peace and quiet... my apartment is coming into order slowly but surely and soon I will be able to start on my painting again! Just have to order some replacement screws/bolts to put my easel back together, and clear out the rest of the clothes that I have accumulated from 10 years of being in school and having stuff in different storage spaces... luckily someone has offered to help me out of the goodness of his heart - he ran several boxes and bags of clothes/things to the Salvation Army over the past few days... that's love... With all of the dating I have been doing, a man who will perform loving acts of service for me will win my heart over in a minute... (that and the late night walks downtown, because he likes to walk too...) :smt060 It's nice to have a companion... I gave him a pottery cup and bowl that I made in college just because... Happily I can stay calm and just let everything come naturally these days...
it's all cool and the gang, just a shock to feel the earth move. the dog & i looked at each other when it was happening trying to figure out what the hell was going on. of course fb was littered with jokes minutes after it passed. thanks lovely
All okay wifey:smt080 SA, hilarious neg rep. Can't help it if I spread the sunshine like I do, I shit rainbows. You keep doing what you do, I find your mills and boon stories amusing...who doesn't love a little fiction?
I wonder if the old adage: Give a person enough rope and eventually they will hang themselves would apply here?
I have decided that as the only female technician I've ever met in my life: I need tools with butterflies in them. The flippy Phillips screwdriver and the torx screw driver and a very feminine set of razor blades. I wonder if I could find a decorated mag/demag box? All mine, mine, mine! Don't touchy with your balls and muscles and just over all man...vibe. I bets no matter the bite..they would be loathe to touch pink tools with butterflies on them.
I got a moped!! :smt109 49cc ya'll better watch out! I can go places now without depending on anyone else (minus places where the speed limit is over 30mph). Well, once I practice some more. I've never drove anything before. I'd be on it feeling like I'm going so fast and freak out a little inside and decide I better slow down - glance down - 20mph. :smt119 I also keep forgetting I have turning signals (I call them "turning" signals because I think "turn signals" sounds stupid) and need to use them. :smt012 But anyway, yeah. I'm excited. So far, I have just drove around the parking lot in front of the apt building and down very unbusy neighborhood roads across the street. ;-) It's not the prettiest or in the bestest shape, but it beats walking and having to ask other people and public transportation. :smt023
We have this over here in Germany. I bet you will find something similar on ebay or elsewhere online: Just found this on ebay.com for you: http://www.ebay.com/itm/105-Pc-Stee...313?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item19ce43cd19
I don't know who "mills and boon" are, but you don't notice my positive posts like the one I made a few comments up - you just try to divert the attention to yourself in a passive-aggressive way that comes across as sunshine and light but is really not what it seems. Nothing fiction about that, sister. But nobody notices when nice things are happening to me.
