Trayvon Martin's Murder

Have you noticed the crap online from people whining about Zimmerman getting a fair trial? Their argument is that he is already being tried in the media and the court of public opinion. I would argue that there is just as much racist push from the extreme right in favor of Zimmerman, especially the NRA and FOX 'News'.

 

I try not to look.

I became angry enough looking at a link for a website that he set up for donations. He created his own problems by murdering someone and he is asking people to support him. Disgusting. I had to just x out.

What brings you to this conclusion ?

 

The cops destroyed the evidence. Their lack of investigating is more than enough to raise reasonable doubt

 

2nd degree you have to prove premeditated with manslaughter you just have to prove recklessness

Here's the same case with a twist that I'm coming across. This happened in Arizona.

In this case, the shooter is black and the victim is a white Hispanic.

Prepare for this to erupt in the media soon and garner national attention.

If there was a way to propose a national repeal of the stand your ground law, perhaps American society (especially the states with SYG in effect) would be better and also safer for everyone. Not sure how we could do this but I'm sure there's a way.

 

My predictions are Zimmerman will walk and probably get killed in the streets. This guy in Arizona will definitely get manslaughter or murder 2 and quuck too. Expect a conviction by May no later than June. The stage is set and the spark is lit. This summer will be riot filled and thousands upon thousands will die

 

Let's hope it doesn't happen. England already had a violent riot about race relations.

My point is based on recency. TDK fears that one will happen here in this year because of the stand your ground law and race. One happened there in England last year and race had something to do with it.

 

Personally Im terrified of whats gonna happen when its warm. So done with this country on every level posdible.

 

Interesting how the article referred to the deceased as a White Hispanic. Before the Trayvon case, Zimmerman - and now Adkins, would have been plain 'ol Hispanic. The last two months, an Hispanic
"racial distinction" was thrust upon the country and the line has been drawn, apparently. What used to merely be a personal choice on a census form has now become a publicly designated identity.
