and before arch gets his panties in a twist, here's a kickass trailer for 'Wrath of the Titans'

it's been a while since I seen the first one, but I guess this is a followup

I can't believe they are making a follow up. Story wise the first one was weak and lacked heart IMO. It did nothing to make you care about any of the characters, especially when it got to the confrontation with Medusa and all the dudes were getting picked off one at a time. The over all design of the world & creatures were good though.

Movie concept artist Aaron Sims trying his hand at directing a short film. This would make for an interesting feature length movie IMO.

The latest animated take on Spider-Man. Looks like they'll have it to take place in the same animated universe as the Avengers animated series. Both this series and the second season of the Avengers start Sunday morning April 1st.

A list of Villians that would have been better (in my opinion) than Loki/and the Aliens, for the Avengers movie.

-Graviton Master of Gravity - watch the Avengers cartoon to see how powerful he is.

-Thanos - super powerful space titan.

-Namor and the Atlanteans - In the silver age he would attack the "surface world" all the time and it ussally took a big team to drive him back

-Masters of Evil -A Superhero team needs a Supervillain team. and their roster changes all the time, so they could bring in any Marvel villains that they wanted. Example: Loki, Red Skull, Abomination, Whiplash, and throw in a couple extras like Madame Masque, and new comer the Hood.

-(A long shot) Squadron Supreme, what better way to stick it to D.C. than to have a Justice League knockoff team as the villains in Marvels Biggest team movie.

Loki is too pretty and aristocratic tbh

I agree with u...I'd rather see Thanos...someone more intimidating you know

this Hollywood generation with their skinny and wafish comic characters

    WTF

They more than likely went with the combined idea of Loki and the aliens (especially if they turn out to be the Skrulls) as a nod to the comic origins of both the classic Avengers (Loki) and the ultimate version (the aliens). Wish they would have thrown in Hank Pym & Janet Van Dyne if as nothing else as SHIELD scientists for possible future set for Ultron though. Hopefully that's something that gets set up in either the next Iron Man sequel or Avengers sequel if this does as well as the rest of the Marvel movies have done.

Nerd gripe: Thor needs his damn helmet. That's character trademark like that hammer.

they went away with his helmet so that his pretty face and long flowing locks could show....didn't you get the hollywood memo?

look on the bright side they...they added in Hawkeye, as a nod to the cult followers that would rather see a B-list guy like him, rather than the obvious captain america or iron man. I've always liked him in the comics because of his costume and choice of weapon. He's like the Gambit of the Avengers.

They can have Thor without his helmet all they like in all the non fighting scenes since they will probably be having quite a few, but at least when in battle they could have him wearing the helmet. They got Loki wearing his.

I like Hawkeye too, but I just wished they would have put in Pym & Van Dyne in somehow and not necessarily with them being Ant-Man/Giant-Man & the Wasp either just more or less to set up for Ultron in a possible sequel and the Vision coming in a later sequel. Wished they would get around to making a Black Panther movie as well and have him show up later also.

that would give his fight scenes more appeal tbh

make him look rough and tumble

guess with Iron Man in there, there's some unwritten rule that's being broached upon requiring only one or two faces hidden
