Were you sitting on the sofa rubbing your scalp with your eyes drooping? LOL, that was me at the soccer bar on Saturday afternoon as I wound down my post-semester celebrations.

 

Wow!! I guess we all react differently. I've found that because my diet is "clean" I can eat at any time, literally. It's not unusual for me to eat a meal at midnight or later, and then have a protein shake before going to bed. I never have any ill effects and it doesn't keep me from being lean.

If I eat late, I try to limit it to lean proteins and salads. Too much grease and starch doesn't do anyone any good, lol. I guess I should have prefaced my remarks with that up front.

if i had to take a shot in the dark (and im a bad shot), i'd say that all of the insults and personal attacks did him in

would be nice if people were able to argue their case with webmaster tho. I know people have been dogging him, but sometimes that was because he instigated and other times perhaps not.

as for Flaming..it's going to be nice to freely respond to threads involving race without being called Sambo every 5 minutes
