Having spent the "Best" 2 weeks of my life in Brisbane, I disagree 100%!!!! Brisbane and Aussies were great. Never saw a hint of racism. Wish i could go back, but I'm married now, so that means "Trouble".
I will not hold my breath on the positive things of Oz and the brothers who lived there by the media. I just hope more Aussie women to become members of this site soon.
Confucious say Soulthinker wise. It does depend very, very, very much on where you live and the circles you run in though. Melbourne, no one will look twice. Get out to some parts, and you have people who will have something to say. I don't care what people say, Australia does have a problem with racism. I see it every day in the origin of cases brought to court where two young men have hurt each other because someone said some stupid comment. Others will be very welcoming, so there you go.
Yes Leksola in the Lucky Country no one is perfect and there are the septic folks who don't have the niceness of Croc Dundee. Anyway the women of Oz make the brother's stay more confortable. That makes visiting Oz wonderful.

There`s already 4 months that i`m living here and I never had a negative experience with racism or something like that! I meet so many friendly and intelligent people that I can`t even count! I can`t say nothing about the `` country side `` but at the city you guys will be just fine! Probably i got just the International Student Scene perspective but this is how i will remember Australia and how i will sell Australia to everyone that i know. and i need to say something about girls again ?
